I'd work on the simple vegetable dishes, offering a broader choice and maybe the ambient is a bit trashy, football manifests are a bit everywhere. Also note that only a few courses out of the whole menu are available, and this depends on what they have chosen fresh from their butcher in the morning, or in other cases, what each season has to offer.
