First Rate went well above and beyond to fix an issue that happened during the move. The movers were very careful but in transporting a rather delicate bench, the arm was broken. Brian drove up to our house in Annapolis to repair it. And not only did he come once, but he came back a second time to make sure it was done properly and to our satisfaction. I would say that is pretty unusual in today's business environment. This was such a personal response that truly showed how these people care!

They said we would heard from them by the end of the next day. Two days later, I'm in the ER, and get a call from the office 60 miles away, telling me I didn't respond, I told them I had, . I confirmed with "sent mail". Hour later got a quote, 3 X the price of another quote. I emailed them not to call me. I was in the hospital and was in no condition. Got back a rude email telling me they would not be able to help me. Trying to blame me for staff negligence.
