Incredible comes a little closer but you should know that in the past thirty years we have moved more than twenty times and 19 of them have been stress (and sometimes terror) filled events and the last one was simply horrific. Andy's team not only showed up (EARLY!) but were polite, energetic and only too happy to keep me advised of any questions about special care needed for some pieces of artwork. It took two days for the California crew to unload us and place our belongings and my brother-in-law and I did much of the unloading. These 'work animals' stripped our Bridgeville 4 BR home in TWO HOURS! I never got to eat the lunch I had packed! We drove to Georgetown and they were out of here by 11:40 in the morning. A four bedroom, two story home packed out and moved in under four hours? Simply incredible. I'm still in shock. I'm telling you honestly that Andy's price was too low in our estimation but we accepted it gladly. And we tipped the hell out of the crew who honestly deserved even more than we gave them. I should've listened to the reviews on this company that were so low. Unfortunately, we were in a…read morepinch needed to move quickly after another moving company canceled. I spoke with someone on the phone who gave a low quote, had immediate availability, and I understood the terms of the quote which were they charge a full hour just to come to your house for travel and then a two hour minimum. Our move went two hours over the minimum. This was not helped by the fact that they insisted on taking their time to wrap everything in plastic wrap even when we had some cheap stuff that we said just throw it on the truck we don't care, and disassembling things that really didn't require it. Our house was only 900 square feet and we did not have all that much and were moving less than a mile away, not across the state or country. We had to finally stop them and say this is getting to be too long and decided to dismount and move our TVs and bed frames by ourselves the next day. We were fine with paying for the extra two hours. Then comes the surprise: A $400 FEE FOR MATERIALS. What materials? Plastic wrap and packaging tape, and I suppose depreciation on their moving blankets? Seriously folks, this company will get you one way or another. Make sure that you have wrapped up everything yourself. Their workers were personable and hard-working, but the business model here is to ensure you go over the two hour minimum and to charge an exorbitant rate for materials. Do not be deceived on the phone when making the initial appointment by their very knowledgeable and reassuring booking staff. That's why I thought a two star rating must have been a mistake. I was talking to a real person. The text messages that were sent seemed to have prepackaged responses and I ask if I was talking to a bot they said no. They claimed their Yelp rating is low because they "don't pay for reviews like other companies." Well, I'm a real customer and have paid dearly to provide you, the unwitting consumer, with this review. Moving is stressful enough. Getting ripped off is just insult to injury. Their phone number will come up as spam on your phone, and if you've made it this far reading this review, you can understand why. If you're desperate and have lots of cash to burn, this company will be great. However, avoid if you can!

We moved from a new 2-story home to a very old 2-story home, with many tight corners, and multiple stairs going into the house, causing more precise manuevering than was anticipated.
