Then they had to deal with limited parking and access. After they loaded up all our gazillion boxes and furniture, they drove over to our extra large storage unit, which included some incredibly heavy crates, boxes and a gigantic flatscreen TV. Very polite and accommodating as well once the new destination was reached. Would highly recommend. Things to be aware - you can't get a definite arrival time until the morning of - which is a bit late if you are getting up early thinking the team will arrive at the 8 in the 8-10 time frame. The move was 3+ hrs transit time and the earlier load time would have made not such a late time to unload. The initial estimate is an estimate...... when they arrive, they will see what the actual move is, what needs done, but at least we did not get a final price until they arrived at the destination. The extra is our total bill was not too bad. Be very specific on what items are being moved and read the contract on how things are suppose to be packed.
