I wasn't told in advance I would need a copy of my homeowners policy certificate or I'd have to pay $11 per month. Ashley put her card in front of me and told me to call my agent right then in order to continue with the rental. 15 minutes into the situation I was told I had rented an interior space and if I wanted drive up it would be another $20/month. None of this was on the reservation email I received. She kept blaming it on the 3rd party that the company "just started using" however she was quick to argue each issue and never once apologized for the misunderstanding or inconvenience. Needless to say I left!!

When questioned her why she is doing that she immediately told me to get out and refused service. Please look at other rental facilities before deciding to rent from them.
