That is why this review is 3 stars! For them alone I WISH I could give this place 5. However, as I was leaving my follow up the receptionists laughed at me like they were annoyed at me. One of them scoffed and the other kept making faces the entire time I was trying to schedule an appointment. Again, I am just a person trying to navigate a workers comp claim and majority of people I've interacted with during this process have been kind and understanding, some have done nothing but left me in tears and not wanting to contact the office for any questions. It costs nothing to be nice. ------------------ Dr. Charles was super nice however, the person I've spoked to both times on the phone for my workers comp claim has been unhelpful and argumentative when I was trying to update some paperwork so that I could be paid through my company for my missed work due to my injury and when I was trying to make the initial appointment and give them my information for an appointment.When making the appointment she seemed mad at me the entire time. I've never had to do a workers comp claim this extensive before so I was confused. The tone in her voice made the conversation rough, but I brushed it off. Then, when I was trying to change the paperwork from 'can't return to work' to 'light duty' so I could watch videos at home for light duty and get paid through my company and not have to go through workers comp insurance she refused to help me. Even once I explained that light duty is only videos at home. She kept repeating 'why would the doctor do that' and said she would have him contact me to discuss it further but after looking up my file she said "it said can't return to work he isn't going to change it." I believe she refused to make a note on file for him to contact me due to that. I believe her name is Melinda. She is who I have had the unfortunate privilege to speak to everytime I've had to contact the doctors office. I now have anxiety every time I have to call her due to how she has treated me over a workers comp claim. I ended up in tears after the conversation and besides my follow-up appointments I refuse to do PT in that office and had to find a different PT office elsewhere. Also has been over a week since my appointment and I still haven't recieved my cold therapy unit!

I was scheduled for a major spine surgery on Feb. 4, 2026. L4-L5 Lumbar Post Fusion. Just 38 hours before I was scheduled to be there, the insurance company denied my surgery. You can imagine my devastation. Enter Dr. Gene and Kinetx !! I had never been to a Chiropractor or physical therapy. I didn't know what to expect. I had electro therapy, massage therapy, manual manipulation, physical exercise, and most importantly, Dr. Gene and his unbelievable knowledge of the body and how it works. My pain, functional limitations, and need to return to a physical job did not seem to matter. Requests for PT were denied or delayed, which prolonged my recovery. I eventually left the practice and sought care at Rothman, where I was started in PT immediately and improved significantly. In my opinion, his handling of my case cost me valuable recovery time. I would not recommend him.

I suspect he had an issue with my age (70), and wanted nothing to do with me. He was rude, arrogant, and condescending. I took my MRI and found an excellent doctor in the Main Line Health system, who read my MRI, and had a lengthy discussion about my options for treatment. He sent me home and asked me to read up on methods of treatment and asked me to come back in a month. When I returned we had another long discussion, and he answered all questions I had. We collaboratively decided to proceed with the surgery. I'm 4 months post op and couldn't be happier with the results. My opinion.......AVOID Odgers at all cost and seek advice elsewhere.

I arrived at 8:45, refilled a duplicate form, sat and waited till 9:35 when I was taken to an exam room to sit for another 20 minutes without being seen. I went to the front desk to let them know I had to leave and they said ok, didn't ask my name or to reschedule. When I called them at 10:30 to reschedule, they didn't know that I even left.

He asked a few probing questions and sent me for a Lyme disease test. It was positive. Then just recently while my husband was getting his nails trimmed he noticed his foot and leg was swollen. He immediately made arrangements for him to go get an ultrasound. He had a large blood clot that if left untreated could have caused a stroke, heart attack or pulmonary embolism. He saved his life by being observant. He cares about his patients. He treated me for plantar fasciitis and his level of knowledge is superb. He changed my view on podiatrists. Before I thought they were someone who cut "old people's"and diabetic people's nails. This Dr saved my husbands life by caring. Had he just told him maybe you need to get the swollen leg checked my husband would have just thought it was from the heat, left and not done anything until he had either a stroke or heart attack.
