That is ridiculous. But in my defense I wasn't on such a culinary voyage as I am now. And I think I've actually timed my first visit perfectly. The beetroot cake was utterly divine, lightly spiced and filled with scrummy orange cream cheese, with little crunchy pumpkin seed surprises all the way through.
