Having a happy and welcoming environment is essential for customers, and they definitely deliver on that. As a customer, I definitely don't like some of the restaurants waiters and waitress always have a poker face to you and it seems like you owe their money and you made their day not good. The restaurant is nice and clean, although the only downside might be the washroom - perhaps I shouldn't go into details there!
