I paid $839.00 for a radiator replacement and picked up my vehicle believing the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, the vehicle continued overheating shortly after the repair and later became inoperable, requiring it to be returned to the shop. My vehicle remained there for an extended period. During that time, I called regularly for updates and was repeatedly told that no one had looked at it. As a small business owner who depends on my work van, being without my vehicle caused transportation expenses, lost work opportunities, and financial hardship. I was also concerned that my repair invoice stated my vehicle had "numerous oil leaks," but another inspection I obtained around the same time did not document any oil leaks. When I asked for supporting documentation, I did not receive photographs or diagnostic evidence explaining that notation. After my vehicle was returned, I continued investigating the overheating issue and discovered additional concerns with the cooling system. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the company and spoke with a representative who expressed interest in resolving it, but we were ultimately unable to reach an agreement. Every repair experience is different, but based on my experience, I was disappointed with the repair outcome, the length of time my vehicle remained at the shop, and the lack of communication. I hope the company reviews its repair and customer service practices so future customers have a better experience.

Russ welcomed us, wrote up our request for tire rotation, checking front brakes, fluids check and turning off the oil change light. All work completed in an hour and he gave us a complete rundown on what they saw with the car. When it came to payment we were charged nothing!! I originally somewhat reluctantly purchased a set of Cooper tires knowing a 30 day free exchange warranty was offered. After riding on them for about 2 weeks I decided the ride was too much of an off-road feel where as I was prioritizing a highway ride. I elected to pursue the exchange. Moving to a tire listed at $20 per tire more resulted in a proposed added cost of $500. I looked closer at the breakdown and learned that in addition to the expected $80plus tax, I was to be charged for: 1) a new tire warranty. I was told at this time that the previous tire warranty I purchased for $25 per tire or 15% of new tire cost was non-transferable. Not only non-transferable but also non-refundable. This is probably covered in the miles of pages of terms and conditions but wasn't made clear to me. 2) The tire balance and mount which the company website stated should be waived was not. 3) To make the change, I had to waive the new tire warranty that would have added $35/tire or an increase of $140. A business that advertises honesty isnt as transparent with their advertising as expected. I'll be looking elsewhere for my next tires.
