Great drink specials and good food. Chips and salsa are average. Thursday's during happy hour they have $0.99 lime margaritas which are very delicious and potent. I had 2 and was feeling grrrreat.

Stopped for Lunch and I gotta throw a shout out to this place for having the best chicken wings in…read morethe area. They currently have a dozen wings and a side for about $10. These are not the cheap scrawny chicken wings that you get at most places. These wings are plump and juicy. You can get them boneless, traditional, or smoked in variety of sauces to include the Alabama white BBQ sauce which is awesome. I got a side of the well seasoned french fries. They never disappoint either. The service has spot on. We were greeted as soon as we enter and greeter by our server as soon as we were seated. They also offer a daily meat and 3 in full portion and senior portion sizes. You can't go wrong with the wings, sandwiches, or the meat and 3 for lunch. Only down side is they play Frank Sinatra throughout the lunch and not subtly. Not that I don't enjoy a good Sinatra song every now and again, but it's loud and constantly playing! In my opinion, the music does not match the mood during the lunch serving. Other than that, we love this place..

This was my first time at Epicure, meeting a good friend for a meat and three lunch. They offer…read morethree meats and a long list of sides (fried okra, Lima beans, mixed greens, mac n cheese, pineapple casserole, and more). Our server was a first rate kidder, nearly a comedian, and he made us laugh out loud every time he came to our table. The half and half tea was surely a liter, which our host refille. I want to come back for dinner because the dinner menu is amazing. But what leaves an impression is the ambience. From the unassuming outside, you think you're headed into a 50's coastal restaurant. The inside is something else! It's enormous, with several separate sections, each with a different feel, and its own bar. You could host a large event here! Pirate statues? It's fun to walk around and see what has been collected over the years and is now displayed. I'll see you at dinner...

10/27/26, first visit…read more The boys from RTJ Capitol Hill recommended The GOAT. Not going to lie the empty parking lot on a Tuesday night had me worried! Sat at the bar and Trey greeted me right away. Nice guy, knowledgeable about the menu and beers. I asked for a local IPA, Trey gave me 3 samples with his opinion on all 3. I went with the Orbital Cloud and moved on to the menu. Trey recommended the Philly or the Wings, when I pressed him he steered me towards the wings (excellent choice). Now this review might read as "typical dude grabbing bar food", but I promise you I'm far from that. The IPA was great and the wings were even better. To top it off I ordered 12 wings and asked if they would do 6 and 6, Trey quickly said "of course". As I reviewed the wing "flavors" I asked Trey if they could prepare 6 Honey BBQ (on the menu) and 6 Salt & Pepper (not on menu), Trey stepped back after telling me to hang tight and asked for confirmation. Trey quickly responded with "of course we can do 6 wings salt & pepper". To summarize, the place wasn't overly crowded this Tuesday night but the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the food was great! 5 all day!

Problem is the ogre running the place standing behind the bar with a permanent scowl on her face. My waitress Taylor was great. Tabitha should be sent to the kitchen to wash dishes while Taylor manages customer needs. This is a promising business but Tabitha is doing nothing to bring customers in the door. Quite the contrary as I'll never be back.
