I dealt with wearing not the right prescription for years until we came to Dr. Warren. She immediately addressed that they do have contacts that work for me and now I can actually SEE! Absolutely life changing. The whole staff was super nice to my daughters (4 and 7 years old) through their exam and helped find glasses that they loved. So thankful for this place! We live 2 hours away and happily make the drive to come here!

Lets you know what was going on last time vs this time. If your trying something for the first time and it's not for you just let her know. She will keep working until she find what works for you. You get a personal touch that you just don't find with chain stores. He clearly explains my insurance benefits and helps make sure I keep my out of pocket to a minimum. He's even fixed my son's glasses, that weren't from him, for no charge. He also keeps me in the same frames, despite the fact that they haven't offered them in quite awhile. He is always willing to go the extra mile. I live in The Village now, but I will still make the drive to Yukon for my eyecare. Dr. Mace is totally worth it!
