Very expensive, but OK. The bad part is that you have to deal with an annoying frat bro. Not worth it.

Luckily I did bring my yoga pants and they said it was fine for me to wear my own clothes in the meditation rooms. Normally I go to Olympus, but the last few times there it was so crowded and pretty dirty. Q is definitely a lot less crowded and much cleaner. Also, I went with a friend on a groupon which you should definitely check for as I have seen them offer these quite a bit. So process is -- you check in and they give you the "uniform" -- they only have up to size 2x and it is a small 2x IMO -- more like a 1x. It is a tshirt and shorts. They also give you your locker key. Q Spa is coED but they have separate bathrooms for men and women. They only thing coED is the meditation rooms, the common areas and the cafe. So, after paying and getting your uniform you proceed to your designated bathroom/changing room area. Your locker key has a number to show you which locker you are assigned to -- the spaces for the lockers are a little narrow, but not as much as Olympus. You can either change to your uniform or you can head straight to the pools. I like to do the mediation rooms before I get wet so after changing I headed back out to the common area. There is at least one meditation room on the ground floor but the majority of them are up stairs. I am not sure if there is an elevator for someone that is handicap? But they had a salt room, a chill room, a charcoal room and a sand room -- I love the meditation rooms. I guess the only weird thing is that there were men sitting in the common areas outside of the rooms just working on their laptops -- seems like a weird thing to do in a spa! So my friend and I spent about an hour and a half in the meditation rooms and then we were ready for the sauna, the steam room and the hot tubs! They have three different hot tubs of varying temps and a sauna and a steam room. In this gender segregated area, you remove your uniform -- so like Olympus you need to be comfortable in your own skin. It wasn't crowded at all (unlike olympus where you can be boob to boob with someone). My friend and I enjoyed this section of the spa -- it was very relaxing. We were starting to get hungry and noticed the cafe opens around 11am. So we got changed back to our uniforms and headed to the cafe. I love Korean food -- I can't recall what the dish was called but it was one of those stone bowl dishes where the food is still cooking in the very hot bowl. It wasn't quite as good as Olympus but it was still pretty yummy. Service was friendly and pretty quick too. I will definitely try Q Spa again.

I used to love coming here to relax and would visit once or twice a week when it was newer, but…read moreit's really sad that I can't do that anymore. The male visitors have turned this Korean spa into a bathhouse. You cant sit in the steam room, sauna, or hot tubs, and rest because the visitors are touching themselves and each other in there. I've tried to give it a few chances recently but this has happened the whole time during my last few visits. I thought maybe if I could visit on different times or days I could find a time to relax, but unfortunately it seems this goes on all day. There are a lot of signs saying there shouldnt be any sexual contact, but they don't seem to do anything. The only safe place for the men who want to relax is the coed saunas because you have to wear clothes and women share the area with men. As a Korean, I am just so disappointed that I can't use this Korean Spa for it's intended purposes. There are bathhouses in Seattle for these things, why can't these guys go there?

I had a great experience buying my hot tub from Olympic Hot Tub in Issaquah. Kimberly was my…read moresalesperson (now works out of Woodinville) and she was great. Not pushy, great follow up, great communication. The team that delivers and sets up the tub was amazing. They even came back to my house and moved the hut tub for a second time at no charge. They set it up, showed me how to use it. They clearly go out of their way to give you a white glove experience from start to finish which makes sense when you consider hot tubs are a big purchase. Regarding salt water vs. non salt water, if you go online or go talk to a bunch of hot tub sales people, you won't know what to think or who to believe. I'll share my 2 cents having owned my salt water hot tub for a month. My two cents, get a saltwater tub. Unlike a non-saltwater system, I don't need to regularly test the water and add Chlorine accordingly. Instead, I use a test strip and if the Chlorine level is low, I just push a button on the hot tub and it adjusts to the perfect Chlorine level. If a bunch of people use the hot tub over the weekend, I just push a button and it adjusts to the perfect level. My tub is always at the perfect level, never too little or too much Chlorine. I'm slightly oversimplifying but not by much. It's a simple and easy system to use. And the salt water is good on my skin. It's well worth the added expense IMHO.

Only good thing about Olympic Hot Tub is Marshall in Tacoma…read more Cracked panels on hot tub and missing parts upon a 3 week late delivery!! We have had terrible communication with Olympic Hot Tubs many departments etc. customers service, scheduling, the actual delivery company, a technician department, water scheduling department. They just blame the other department and pass us along. Initial 2 week shipping delay, with ZERO communication from Olympic we called frustrated. They said it would be here the following week, it was, with still terrible communication poor scheduling but it arrived BROKEN has a crack in the front panel and missing parts. We cant use it while we wait for them to bring the parts. Again they scheduled us for someone to come out and bring the parts. NO SHOW NO CALL. some department dropped the ball again! We are still looking at our empty broken hot tub. We are still struggling with Olympic Hot Tub's lack of concern and lack of communication.

I was between jacuzzi and Hot Spring tubs and Marshall was great with making sure I got the best deal and quality tub for my needs. As a seasoned combat vet my body has some issues with it and he made it easy to decide what was going to take care of my body over the long haul. He got me a reasonable price and was able to sweeten it up with a cover lifter and took care of the delivery fee for me. I know this wasn't a typical sale, but I do appreciate the honesty, integrity, and patience Marshall showed me. I'm super stoked on the team that will be taking care of my tub in the future. Delivery was easy as it gets, they were a good team. I had some weird anomaly within the hot tub control panel at first based off previous model of the Hot Spring Relay, but the new 2025 model is slightly different and ended up being perfectly fine. I honestly found my experience to have been smooth, quick, and reliable. I look forward to owning and using my new Hot Spring Relay for the next 20-30 years. Thanks Marshall and I appreciate the Olympic Hot Tub Team.
