Team P'Nosh came to my home to cater my retirement cocktail party like Ninjas. In minutes they set up shop in my kitchen and began laying out platters of finger foods, including the most gorgeous and inventive charcuterie board any of us had ever seen, fresh ahi tuna, and Vietnamese spring rolls that were delicately seasoned but packed with good crunchy vegetables and tasty dipping sauces. While our snacking began, they then got to work preparing round two, the warmer treats: stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes, and pulled pork sliders in those tasty little Hawaiian buns. Everything they prepared was truly delicious, fresh, and elegantly presented. The caterers were unobtrusive throughout the party, but diligent in noticing if any dish needed replenishing. While we were all chomping and chatting away, they then did their vanishing act in the kitchen, packing up their equipment, carefully storing any leftovers, and leaving my kitchen cleaner than when they had arrived! I found Bobbi on Yelp about two weeks prior to my event. She was very quick to respond to my inquiry and super easy to work with. I was throwing a small birthday/housewarming party for about 25 people. They dropped off the food about 45 minutes prior to the party and picked up empty dishes the next afternoon. She also hooked us up with a table/chair/linens/etc rental company as well. Now for the food...WOW! I was so impressed and so were my guests! The crab cakes were gone in minutes. The charcuterie and cheese tray was devoured. The salmon was perfect. The dessert selection was SO GOOD! Those fudge brownie bite things had everyone talking. Bobbi and Dan were very attentive to our vision of the menu serving a multitude of dishes! And they did not disappoint, the food was amazing! They offered ideas of their own and listened carefully to ours, and Bobbi worked with us to create a menu for 75 that met our specifications and fit our budget. Dan was meticulous with the business aspects, making sure we had insurance for serving alcohol. The were both accommodating and flexible. They took care of wine glass and tablecloth rentals and coffee and tea service, and brought beautiful flowers. We requested paper plates, and they provided us with sturdy and elegant square ones. Bobbi and Dan catered my daughter's wedding with 75 guests at the Art and Garden Center in Tiburon. I can't rave enough about how good the food was. The menu offered our guests both roasted salmon and tenderloin of beef cooked to perfection. All our guests kept saying how fantastic the food was. Bobbi even made an extra dish of mashed cauliflower which even my husband ate and he doesn't like cauliflower. Her staff was so helpful and polite and kept all our wedding guests happy.
