Staff was nice and smelled good, it really did smell like a Victoria secret store. Free Candy mmhh didn't have to tell me twice . The coffee maker had a great selection around it not just decaf . There wasn't much of a wait time because most people carry cash on them unlike me . Lol but really I think cause it's on Route 1 and nobody really stops unless Gas . But it's a typical bank , clean , quite and boring. read more

My experience with this branch has been consistently poor and far below expectations. I've had 3 separate negative experiences. They incorrectly applied a loan payment to a different customer and tried to assess a late fee when the payment was mis-posted, it took 3 calls and an in person visit to help them find their mistake. More recently, they refused to honor a notarized Power of Attorney agreement. It is near impossible to get anyone to act empowered to solve a problem. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a customer friendly bank to look elsewhere. read more

I find it hard to believe that no one has reviewed them yet. Tellers are always welcoming and friendly and when I had to open a new checking account I walked out feeling like I had known the gentleman that helped me for years. Clearly it's not a job to these folks it's a career that they enjoy. read more
