Yesterday the inside ATM was malfunctioning which made a line of 15 standing in front of the bank. Additionally the one and only very black haired teller ran back and forth between the counter and the drive up window, putting up a "go to next window" sign after he did one customer and then ran to the drive up window, then back. UTTER CHAOS. Teller called it "catastrophe" himself but understood that if he wanted his job he had to endure what they created over there. No one speaks English and the Bank Manager is a complete Disaster. She walked around in this utter chaos like every thing was just perfect, just chit chatting and acting like all was under control - absolutely UNREAL. I frankly don't why Chase doesn't step in and fire the lot of them, ESPECIALLY the lady manager! Absolutely the worst bank ever and why I withdrew ALL but a tiny checking/debit account and went to PNC. Now PNC WANTS your business and knows they have to earn it. Not Chase! NO ONE deserves this, and ah, please get some staff that speaks English. So annoying! This is the USA after all!

I ended up coming here because this is one of the only two Wells Fargo banks in my area that buy and sell foreign currency. Everyone knows that using the ATM once you get to a foreign country is the way to go to get the best foreign currency rates if you need cash, but for my mom's upcoming trip across the pond she needed more than the daily amount the ATM would give her, so I decided the best way would just be to buy the money ahead of time. Going through the bank is usually the cheapest way...meaning don't go to Sawgrass Mills to the currency exchange kiosk or go to any airport currency kiosks, instead plan ahead and go to your local bank currency center. I called Wells Fargo and told them how much I was looking to buy (yes this sounds a bit like a drug deal now lol) and they told me they didn't have that much in stock but would call me back in 2-3 days when they had gotten it in. Less than 48 hours later Cora called and told me my money was ready. She would be available until 6pm for me to pick up the cash directly from her. Very convenient hours for those of us who work normal banking hours! Things to know - although I did pay in cash for my other cash lol, I did have to show proof of holding a Wells Fargo account. Not sure if this bypassed some fees for me, or if they wouldn't even allow the transaction unless I was an account holder. This location was kind of tricky to pull in to...it seemed no matter which way I turned I was going down a wrong way, or headed towards a Do Not Enter sign. Entering from the Park Road entrance is probably best.

One star is too many. The service at MOST Wells Fargo locations is abysmal, but this one has to be…read morethe worst. I have over $500K in assets with WF and received an invitation to upgrade my account with a bonus. For an ENTIRE WEEK I attempted to get an appointment at this location, with NOTHING available. To make matters worse, they don't EVER answer their phones. The last day of this promotion, I walked into the branch to try and simply enact this promotion/upgrade my account. When I got in, the manager, a skinny clueless young woman pretended not even to notice. After 1/2 hour of waiting I finally got her attention, to which she said, "we're not going to be able to help you unless someone cancels their appointment". This place just does not care about their customers, nor do they want our business. To bad for them...I'm closing my account and putting the remainder in BofA.
