I am a student at the Trading Academy Ridgefield Park NJ centre. After 4 months I came out more confused with financial losses. Here's my review: 1. No Free Training: They advertise free trading training on all platforms this is a strategy to get you to their centers in person. All their trainings are overpriced. 2. High-Pressure sales Tactics: They get you optimistic into signing contracts ranging from $18,000 to $50,000 without transparency. 3. Cancellation Policy: Those contracts can only be canceled within **three days**. They will not tell you this. If you miss this window, you're stuck with the financial burden. In case of a dissatisfaction they force you into arbitration, to avoid the courts. 4. Learning how to trade is a 2-3 years learning curve. They will not tell you this because those so-called "education Specialists" are on paid commission from your money. You may loss money during the learning process because you don't know what you are doing. Do your research. Protect your financial and mental future! Preserve your right to litigate !

Majority of my income was coming in under my business with no taxes being deducted so I knew I had to pay. I was pretty sure i was going to owe like 10k :( .. I chose OG bc of the great reviews (thanks yelp!) Before going in I was actually nervous and a bit ashamed bc as an adult I have know idea about taxes yet I decided to elect as an S-Corp lol. Then I finally came in & was seen by Eli. Here are some highlights of my experience: Eli is very knowledgable and is able to explain everything easily so that people like me who feel like taxes are a foreign language can understand. I came in assuming I was going to owe so much bc I had no idea what I was doing or how taxes even worked.. but Eli answered all of my questions with patience even though I know I was probably asking the same question over & over lol. Now for 2019 I will not be stressed! Eli also shed some light on things I had no idea about like how putting money in an IRA can really help to save on how much I owe in taxes, and how I need to go ahead & pay estimated taxes twice a year, and other business related matters that as business owner i needed to know & did NOT beforehand. Before your appointment they give you this great "tax planner".. it pretty much lists out everything that you can & should be writing off on your taxes & allows you to put in the totals. This was so helpful.. it really helps you organize everything. I called with a question & was quickly directed to Eli which was nice bc I thought I was going to have to email or wait for a call back, etc.. Jane at the front desk is also very helpful, polite & accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend. Especially if you have no idea what you're doing bc I know I cant be the only one. I left feeling so much better & at ease after it was all over.
