Love the drive through and the drive up ATM. This in one of the newest branches in Delaware County and it looks it.

Citizens Bank has an archaic, discriminatory rule. When you try to look up your tax statements…read moreshowing your interest online and it isn't in your document center, and then you spend time contacting customer service to find out that even though we have wealth accounts and all of which are joint accounts, they consider me a secondary signer (the female spouse). And their policy is that only the primary on the account can download these documents. This is sexist, and it negates the whole purpose of having joint accounts. They don't seem to have problems taking my money. Of which I make a lot of - they have no problem with that, but when it comes to me wanting to download a tax document so I can move ahead with our taxes sooner rather than later I can't. My husband (the male spouse) doesn't have an online account because he doesn't do computers. But somehow this old, archaic, discriminatory policy is still in place. And the best part is much earlier last year I ran into the same situation with needing to download documents for a house that we were purchasing. At the time I lodged a complaint and was told it would be examined and someone would get back to me. They did not. I have yet again been told that they lodged a complaint on my behalf and someone will get back to me. I don't believe that's true and I don't believe anyone cares. However, I care and I find this to be incredibly sexist. By the way at the time that we opened our accounts, 30 years ago, we were never asked is there a primary or a secondary because it was a joint account. The bank defaulted to the male being first. Absolutely inexcusable. And at the first chance that I get to do research and find a bank to move our funds to we will be doing just that. So congratulations citizens bank you lost our accounts.

Hello everyone!!!! This Citizens Bank is located in the Quarry Shopping Center in Havertown, PA…read more 19083. It is located in the Giant Supermarket. It has been there for a little while. The Bank did not open at the same time as the Giant Supermarket. Giant created a space for it and it is extremely popular. The bank is busy constantly, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Jasmine, a teller, used to be employed there. But she is now at another branch location. Everyone loved Jasmine, including my family. Andrew Flood and Angel Padilla are two other employees there. They are super friendly and nice. They are always willing to assist and always engaging and easy to converse with. This is one of my Mom's favorite locations to bank. I am enclosing pictures for this review. In the Quarry Center, there is also a Chipotle, Vision Works, Super Cuts and Panera Bread. Lowes is right across from Giant on the same side of the street. Check out this Citizens Branch and all of the other businesses here. Also Giant is open for 24 hours here!!!! I felt that I needed to post that on Sunday, September 1st, the branch was supposed to open up at 10 am and only one employee, Angel Padilla was there. Angel explained that he couldn't open by himself and that he had to wait for another person. Many customers stopped by to perform transactions. Angel was kind and patient with everyone, explaining that he couldn't open the branch by himself. Angel assisted me with my transaction on the ATM, which was depositing cash, which I learned I could put in as many as 30 bills at a time. Another lady needed assistance with her pin #. She couldn't remember the old pin, so she had to wait until the window opened. I left and do not know what time the window finally opened. Citizens Bank, I do not know what you would have done if it weren't for Angel. Angel saved the DAY!!!!! Good night Yelp Family!!!!!!

I stopped by this Citizens at the suggestion of another customer after receiving a fraud alert last…read morenight. The wait time for Citizens' phone support has been over 60 minutes all day. So I figured I'd try my luck here as I'd heard they do card replacements on site. I arrived at about 4:30pm on a Wednesday, assuming they were likely open until 5. I discovered pretty quickly that they actually closed at 4. Well, I felt pretty silly. Was it a big deal that they were closed? No. Was I frustrated that they were closed? Yeah, after all, I'd have certainly taken care of this over the phone if I'd been able to get through. Was I kicking myself for not checking their hours? Of course. So I'm walking back to my car, silently fuming, as a young woman with a Citizens name tag on walks past me toward the building. "We're closed!" she exclaimed gleefully. "Yes, apparently." I said back to her. "Going home to our families." she said back, with a needlessly condescending and self-satisfied tone, to which I simply replied "Enjoy." Like, was any of that necessary? I was already walking back to my car, having found out they were closed. Like, it costs absolutely nothing to just not be a jerk, and yet this woman felt the need to do so. As a person who works in customer service, I get it, at the end of the day, I wanna go home too. But purposefully seeking out an excuse to be rude is just something else. Y'all really need to re-evaluate your work culture if this is the kind of mean-spiritedness it's producing.

I have been patronizing the Wynnewood Branch, 19b-0068 for some time now. My Mom started…read morepatronizing this branch long before me. This Citizens bank has recently undergone renovations. It looks magnificent inside the branch now. This branch has expanded recently. The individual offices are larger. Also the teller stations are people friendly. No more standing on either side. There is an ATM inside the branch where individuals can conduct their transactions after hours for example. Also there is a drive-up window there. The hours there are Monday-Wednesday, 9AM-5PM, Thursday, 9AM-6 PM, Friday, 9AM-6PM, Saturday, 9AM-2PM and on Sunday, the bank is closed. The drive through hours are the same as the regular teller hours. This branch has a parking lot, however many people patronizing other businesses park here. There is a Starbucks nearby and many people park in the Citizens lot instead of parking in the Starbucks lot, because there are other businesses in the shopping center that people patronize such as Republic Bank. The Branch Manager, Mr. Glenn moniters the parking lot to make sure that the people there are Citizens Bank customers. There used to be an ATM outside the branch, but it was taken down when the renovations started. There are also safe deposit boxes available at this branch. The employees: Anton Gobin/Universal Banker, Kathryn Adler, Senior Teller and Erick R. Glenn are magnificent at their individual positions. My family and I are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation when we arrive. The area of Wynnewood has many well-known businesses across the street as well. There is a Giant, GameStop, Wells Fargo, DSW Warehouse plus other companies. Check out the area - it is well maintained. Good night Yelp Family!!!!
