I went into the bank to close the account, they told me if I had a credit card and used it, and they had a great deal going on, then my checking account would be ok. 2 months after opening the credit card, the bank closed my checking account and sent my money to the state of PA. So the person in the bank told me a lie, and now Ihave to go to the state to reclaim my money. PNC sucks, they didn't apoplogize, and didn't do anything to help.

The person behind me was loudly complaining about how slow the service is and how bad of a service the branch gives consistently. This was my first time in this branch. Some employees came from the back to assist the teller. One guy attended to the lady in front of me and a lady (maybe assistant branch manager) assisted the guy behind me. After quickly resolving his issue she came to me and I explained that I just need to deposit a cashiers check into an account. She immediately start questioning my relationship to the person, said it was not possible and my request cannot be done!!! Since I had a lot to do and I saw that there was no reasoning with her, I left. I went to another branch the next morning and my check was deposited in 2min. No issues and great attitude. It is very new. Anyway, this banking institution is located in the shopping center across from Fed Ex, Massage Envy and Olive Garden. Police and Fire Credit Union across the street on Baltimore Pike is surrounded and in good company with Giant Supermarket, Mandee's, Panera Bread, and an eye glass store. I have an account here and I have been a customer since 2014. I joined when I was a Security Professional with Allied Universal. Because this location is new, the inside is beautiful and spacious! I like this location a lot. I would like to give a shout out to Amanda, the lady who I guess you call them member service representatives. Amanda is always friendly and always greets you with a warm smile. I also would like to give a warm shout out to Stephen Iaquinta, Branch Representative. Steve helped me when I had a question about my auto loan with Wells Fargo and I wanted to switch my loan over to Police and Fire. Also Steve is just a nice all around gentleman. Lastly, but not least, I would like to give a shout out to Henry Sancken. Henry assisted me when I had a question about my online banking and is always a funny, always upbeat person! I also patronize the location on City Avenue, but I prefer this location, because there is always a traffic jam on City Avenue and in City Avenue Shopping Center. This Citizens Bank is located in Upper Darby, in the Bond Shopping Center. It is surrounded by ACME, Sally Beauty Store, PetCo and Dollar Tree. Across the street it is still considered the Bond Center and there is T-Mobile, Starbucks, Tru-Mark Credit Union, a nail salon and a pizza store. Erica, Branch Manager and Rasheen, Lic Relationship Banker are what make this banking institution shine!!! If it weren't for these two important individuals, Citizens would be up the CREEK!!! Miss Erica and Mr. Rasheen are two smart and knowledgeable people!!! They know everything there is to know about banking!! They can answer any question you may have. This is my go-to-branch when I need to know anything about my account. This branch was recently renovated and it is simply beautiful!!! An ATM outside the branch, an ATM inside the branch and a drive-up ATM. What more could you ask for after banking hours!!!! Erica and Rasheen always greet customers with a warm smile and how are you doing and how may I assist you today? They know my entire family and can call them by name and remember all of our names when we are not there. I love these people and Citizens should give each of them a raise and a huge bonus!!!! I forgot to mention that one of my jobs was market research. I received a Priority envelope in the mail and it asked me to purchase 5 gift cards from Ebay and 5 gift cards from Amazon. It asked me to purchase the gift cards from CVS, Walmart, or any supermarket such as Giant. Enclosed in the envelope was a $2,360 check. I was skeptical of this and decided to ask Rasheen about it. As soon as Rasheen saw it, he said it was a SCAM!!! Erica happened to be nearby and she echoed it SCAM!!!! My Citizens bank account would have been affected by this and I would have had to pay this money back. Thank GOD for Rasheen and Erica!!! They saved my life and my banking accounts. The only reason I chose Sun East is because they offered a 90% borrowing of equity and if i could go back i wouldn't have done it.
