Incomplete paperwork which she constantly excused herself with a "oops forgot to get this info from you" sometimes we had to go to her office to follow up with our questions and clearly she had to read all the information on her computer screen (while we sat there waiting) for answers because she didn't know her own bank's product! And she's the manager?? In the end we didn't use the line of credit then had a long struggle to get the lien removed from our own home's title! After SIX weeks of being put off, I went to the bank in person where a wonderful, knowledgeable person Cindy Rex issued a formal letter saying the lien was removed from our home. Strong advice, here: look at other BB&T reviews and you'll see my experience isn't unique. Avoid BB&T at all costs - this is your credit score and who knows what else that is at risk. Stay away.
