Tried to cash a check as a…read morenon customer today and was told by the representative that he couldn't remember if the fee was $8 or $10. which is way more than most other banks. as a contractor I cash many checks from many different banks And that Fee (not that he could remember what the fee was) is much higher than most others. Then he told me he needed to create a customer profile including my social security number. Is this standard procedure?? Just to cash a check?!? Again I go to many banks and cash many checks and never have I been asked for my social security number. No wonder I was the only customer anywhere to be seen at 4 o'clock on a Friday. Will never step foot in that institution again.

I had to file a notice to sue to get Lord Loans to get deed filed. The failure of filing the deed timely resulted in a 100k extra on the trim notice. Be very careful in doing business with the company as they office and owner as they do not answer emails or calls when something goes wrong.

I chose to go with Mona over a builders preferred lender and it cost me. 5 thousand dollars it cost me I'm out of 5 thousand dollars because I trusted someone and when it came down to it she failed me. I am now left with I home and out of my earnest money. She told me everything was good to go then last minute I was not qualified for loan. She should have knew these things and because of that I am now out of 5 thousand dollars, I hope this never happens to anyone else
