(There was not a day I was not at the property). the Restoration was but on January 12 myself and several subcontractors and my primary contractors from the company we hired to do the restoration we're at my property doing some of the last of the major things before we could officially stay there again. This guy shows up to the property and start to take picture. I assumed he was with my insurance or mortgage company, as they had mentioned prior that they were going to have somebody come out and take pictures of the progress of the repairs. I had to run a couple of errands and when I came back, I met with my lead contractor to go over some last-minute things and we turn around and there is a note attached to my window. You can see the picture below stating that our property was being deemed vacant or abandoned.. I immediately called my mortgage company. They were not sent out by them for whatever reason my house was not in foreclosure. I then immediately called the number on the paper and sat on hold for about an hour and finally left a message to inform them that they were not at the right property that my property was definitely not vacant or abandoned, considering there was a whole bunch of people on it. I gave the message to my husband who also called and tried to speak to somebody neither one of our calls were returned. A few thinking that we were in the clear nothing more was said we get a letter from our mortgage company stating that it reported to them that our property had been deemed to be vacant or abandoned now they are getting the checks from my insurance company for the for the house to be distributed to the contractors so again we call our mortgage company and inform them that they need to fix this and they call the people to give them information as these people are still driving past my house, trying to take pictures. At this time, I decide to call my local police department and have them come out and formally write up a statement that yes I am living in my home. It's not vacant. It's not abandoned. I bought no trespassing signs on February 23 they had once drove past my house and started yelling obscenities at a roommate sitting on the front porch and then this evening on February 24, I get back from going to the gas station and they are parked in the to the school across the street and they are just sitting there until a passes them and then they choose to leave. At this point, this is harassment. If you were having to deal with these people due to a foreclosure or not a foreclosure, beware.

I requested they meet me to hand over the keys and garage door code. I also requested they email me an email and passcode to change over the heating control app. All was refused. Instead they came over, kicked in the garage door, then kicked in the kitchen door and left the home open to animals and vermin for the winter . not sure about the heat but I think it was off. Then put the sticker 5 Bros on the door with their number. I have photos to load if asked. SO they seriously damaged the property .. $50K or more. I go up against CITI on appeal soon to NY Court and this is evidence of thuggery and racketeering. Don't ever ever use these people for 'property preservation'.. unless you want your home destroyed.

In all honesty I had no intention of releasing a review until I was done with IRRL. this entire process has been exceeding challenging and disappointing. The communication has been dismal. I had to repeated ask for information to never get the information that i requested. I was lied to multiple time and every time they messed up on the process which cost me on the amount i was going to receive they always justified it was out of their control. it started with 44k cash in hand at the beginning. then they made a mistake and it dropped to 37k. then dropped again to 34k and then dropped again to 31k. what truly upset me was at the day of closing when they robbed me 3 grand. my cash in hand was to be 34k. i get a update hours before close that it was actually 31k. which i should have had just told them to piss off at that point but i really was broken down by them and my wife asked me to just close on it and move on. the 3k i was told was out of their control and was based off of the mortgage company. to find out they bought my mortgage to sell it to another company. so they could have done the 34k but decide to screw me over. even after the closing. i have asked for some information and still have not heard anything from them. I am terrified to see how this IRRL goes in six months. that is if i can actually get in touch with them to get it done. or if i don't lose it due to something that was out of their control. As things stand i would never recommend them to anyone and i actually used them. sad. ***** FEBRUARY 2026 The mortgage company they gave me just increased my mortgage payment 350$. Awaiting a call back from a supervisor from the mortgage company as to why. but if i miss or late a payment I lose the capability to get the IRRL so i am not surprised. reached out to eMortgage Contact. no answer. SHOCKER. *****APRIL 2026 They keep calling me about the IRRL even though i told them i will never use them for anything and they keep calling and harassing me on it. i am literally taking it to my local bank and not saving as much as i could but at least I trust my bank.

He told me he had already sent me a picture, but it only showed a few numbers and not the full breakdown. I asked if he could send the full details again, and instead of helping, he questioned why I needed to see them and responded with an attitude. When I said never mind if he didn't want to provide it, he replied, "good, have a good day." I was simply trying to review the numbers for a major financial decision. I would recommend that anyone working with this company make sure they are able to review all documentation clearly before moving forward. Who refuses to give somebody the numbers that they're asking for and then gets mad that I'm asking for the numbers again and questioning me for it and then when I get mad about it he just gets more cockier and more rude. And then tells me he doesn't have to explain anything to me yeah he does I gave him all my credit information he ran my credit and he told me that he works for me so you don't treat somebody like that and yeah I was cursing because he shouldn't be treating me like that.
