Kari Sloan's comment to me when I asked via text why they can not deliver proper service to people who are keeping their end of the bargain and find proper help was: "If you are unable to wait for us to find a new rep for the San Francisco market, we would hate to lose your business, but we understand" ? I think there's a lot Fidelity can do to be more client friendly. I don't think they "care" unless you've got beaucoup dollars. So until I have more than $250k or so I seem to not matter. I've currently consolidated all of my accounts with Fidelity, since my employer's 401k management is through them. But, I've been way more impressed just meeting with folks from Edward Jones to Merrill Lynch.
