I had the privilege of having Danielle Gaston set up the paperwork for my new account. She was kind and courteous and even allowed me to joke and banter with her. Scott Hammersley, their business/commercial lending specialist, came out and introduced himself and spent time learning about our new business coming to the Westfield area. Later when I was having trouble getting online banking and the mobile app setup, one of the bank's team took my call, walked me through it, and stayed on the phone with me till setup was confirmed. I never felt rushed or hurried, there was a calm, steady tone and constant reminders that I was their priority and they wanted me to be set up and able to use all the resources the bank had for me. I'm grateful for my time at CFBI, and I'm very impressed with the service and resources they have available. I love their approachable and dedicated commitment to our local community.

Even though they were short handed she took the time to sort through all of the bonds (there were a bunch of them) and cashed them out for us. Every time I stop here there is an unpleasant experience. My first thought told me to stop at forum instead but unfortunately this place is seconds from my home. So the unfortunate experience that I'm referring to today is that when I pulled up (drive through) at 10:43 a.m my transaction was very simple I was depositing cash. I sent cash along with my ID the clerk verify which account I wanted it deposit it in and he disappear. 10 minutes later I hit the button to call tell her there was no response I waited another 3 minutes hit the button to call tell her no response. I waited a few more minutes and I hit the call teller button at least five times in a row. A different clerk emerged asking how she could help me and I asked her if she would send my identification card as I had already use the app to verify that the money was deposited 10 minutes prior. She disappeared from the screen and she sent out my ID card with no receipt. I hit the call clerk button again there was never a response again. I went ahead and left because I could verify through my app that the money was deposited and there was a line forming behind me. I left that drive-through at 11:01 a.m. and if I could give zero Stars I would
