Well I will tell you this....They are absolutely WONDERFUL to get you in there and get ALL your info, get the loan. BUT IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE after, FORGET IT!! Don't plan on getting it resolved very quickly. We received a check sent to pay of loan and for some reason the check was stop pay by Royal Mortgage. So that company I sent it to now says I owe them money due to NO fault of me. I have tried to get ahold of Royal Mortgage at the text# they gave me before the loan to see what to do. I was told a check was sent out over 7 days ago to me to pay and it has not arrived. I want this taken care of and it seems to be lingering SINCE the 1st of the year. IT needs to be DONE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

We met with Aaron S. Brown. His explanations were clear, and he gave us exactly the information we needed to proceed. He even prepared us with information we did not know to ask about, further clarifying the process. We have been working with another mortgage broker for months, jumping through hoops just to be met with further hoops. Within days of calling and minutes of meeting with a First Option representative, we accomplished more than we had after months' working with the other. Mr. Brown was very clear, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. The day of our visit, there was a winter storm and we had car trouble which delayed us a few hours. Mr. Brown accommodated our last-minute emergency, and was still able to meet with us within minutes of our arrival at the office--no wait, no hassle, all assistance and answers. Their slogan is "The people you call first." I whole-heartedly agree.

On Thursday, June 30th I left a voicemail asking for a return call. Friday, July 1st I sent a text as asking for a follow up. Tuesday, July 5th, I called the branch asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Tawny (last named sounded the same as Mike's, but not certain) and had to leave a voicemail asking for a return call. It's now, July 6th and I've not heard anything. I called another mortgage company, he took my info and called me back in 10 minutes to let me know I was approved. I've got excellent credit, job and income, I'm not difficult to approve. The lack of communication from this company is unbelievable! I'd recommend going ANYWHERE else but Parker Mortgage. It's now July 20th and other than a call from someone asking about my employment NO ONE has reached out. They ran my credit, it shows on my report, but ZERO communication. I found a home to buy, my offer was accepted and my financing is squared away... no thanks to Parker Mortgage. Stay far, far away!!
