Not my fave Chase Bank but it does the job…read more I arrived to a long line that only continued to grow. Not sure if this location receives a whole lot of traffic, leaving Berryessa's Chase slow but I'd prefer a limited line any day! Service is slow and but the customer service was friendly. My advice is to avoid this location if you are in any kind of a rush.

Horrible! 2 tellers behind the glass chatting the whole time while letting me sit there waiting…read more Finally, a customer walks in the door and one of the teller asked if I was waiting for someone. I approached her window & said I do not have an apt. She then replied "oh, we close in 30 mins and we don't have a banker" She did offer to make an apt for me for Monday. I can do that on my own, thank you very much. What you should have done was greeted your clients as soon as we came in & let me know you don't have a banker available to assist. Instead of having me sit there for 15 mins, and then tell me. It wasn't like they were busy doing anything else but chatting and laughing loudly. There was another couple waiting in the lobby with me and they came out right after me. And they were there before I even came in. I can't imagine how long they were waiting! This location is horrible

Let's just do a quick update…read more I generally go to a Bank of America when I need cash or if we want to deposit cash. That's pretty much it. I think I've stepped up my check deposit game and have used the app. Parking is still crazy here as it's a tiny area of parking. This last time I was needing cash to gift to family for Christmas. I do appreciate you can get different bills now not just $20s. Aside from that. It's fine. It's one of the banks that is on the way to work or if I need to pick up boba nearby.

Gerard was outstanding to work with. This branch in Milpitas has quickly become a local favorite…read morefor me because of the consistently low foot traffic and the efficient, welcoming service. Gerard was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. It's rare to find a financial center that combines convenience with employees who truly set the standard for exemplary service. From the moment we walked up to the counter she was staring at us from behind her computer. Told us there was an alert on my account but could not give us a reason then told us if we needed to use the atm we could get the cash out. Tried doing that but since the amount was so high, couldn't do that because she wouldn't approve it. Called customer service support and they assured that there was no alert on my account and I had more than enough money to cover the transaction. Went to another location and made my transaction without any problems at all!

They told me I can create my pin on the debit card without going to the branch, so I was thinking this us very convenient. Waited for 2 weeks for the debit card to arrive. Could not get it setup online, called customer service twice, and the last time they told me will receive a letter on the pin number as it is my first time. I waited and waited and waited. 2 months later, still no letter. How am I supposed to use my debit card without the pin setup? I didn't have time to go to the branch, and why do I need yo go through this trouble. My other banks sends the information a week, as they promised. I gave US Bank many many opportunity before deciding to close the account. The disappointed me again and again. US Bank is the worst bank in my experience. Their bankers have zero knowledge just telling customers false information and customer service is the worst too. Please learn from other banks if you want to improve and maintain new customers!!!!!

I want to take a moment to recognize Aileen Exconde at the Milpitas KeyPoint Credit Union branch…read more From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to help me with all of my banking needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly so I understand all my options. What really stands out about Aileen is how much she genuinely cares about her customers. She doesn't just treat you like another account number--she listens, offers guidance, and makes sure you're taken care of every step of the way. It's rare these days to find someone who combines excellent customer service with a personal touch, but Aileen does exactly that. Honestly, Aileen is the main reason I chose to bank with KeyPoint. Her dedication and helpfulness gave me confidence that I made the right choice, and every interaction since then has reinforced that. Because of her, I recommend KeyPoint Credit Union to my friends and family without hesitation. Thank you, Aileen, for all your hard work and for making banking such a positive experience. You truly make the Milpitas branch shine!

The KPCU Milpitas branch is easily my favorite bank. I never thought I would write a bank review…read moreuntil my recent experience. I needed help with several transactions for an upcoming trip. The requests were a bit complicated but still well within what banks normally assist with. I went to four Citi branches, two other KPCU locations, and one Chase branch with the exact same request. The level of customer service I received from Holly and Raj at the KPCU Milpitas location was by far the best. It was not even close. Holly and Raj are incredibly friendly and genuinely willing to help. The moment you walk into the branch, they create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I worked with Holly multiple times, and she treats every customer like a close friend. This branch truly feels like a neighborhood bank where the staff know their customers and are happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. I would absolutely recommend banking with KPCU, especially the Milpitas branch. Large banks often feel impersonal, where every interaction is purely transactional and you are just a name in a system. KPCU is the opposite. They truly care about their clients and it shows in every interaction.

I will move my other accounts at other USA banks to CTCB in California as I can then transfer or withdraw funds in either country and I can transfer Taiwan funds to support USA debit cards as needed. For both personal accounts and business accounts in Taiwan it allows transactions to be relatively easy. My experience in Taiwan has shown that CtCB is a very caring and thoughtful company. But language can be a pain.
