PMP took over managing my townhome complex about a year after I purchased my home. At first the experience was pleasant. I think Tyler was handling things at that time, I remember hosting quick response to concerns. Things seemed to be getting better. However, in the last 2 years it has gotten ridiculous. It started with a water issue that was repaired improperly, it will soon cost us more. I followed up with them and they sent someone out to see the exposed water lines. The lines were covered lightly with rocks and no one returned. I put a work order in for vegetation growing from the area that the HOA was responsible for onto my home. I had to submit it 2 or 3 work orders because they were quickly closed stating that it was my responsibility. No one bothered to even look at the pictures I submitted. After resubmitting the work order and stating that no one looked at the pictures finally they came and cut it down. Now a tree has fallen blocking the entrance to my home. It has been 4 days. I called the after hours number and was told someone would come on the first day to at least move it. Nothing...I have called, submitted a work order and still nothing...this is beyond disappointing. I do not like feeling dismissed by the company hired to manage the property I own. Fees go up every year and yet it is getting worse. UPDATE! I was contacted by Alison Sanchez with PMP. She apologized for the situation and promised to follow up. She was excellent! Her response was the reason I was happy that PMP took over managing our property. Zero stars. In 18 years of managing properties I've never dealt with a worse association there's water running in one of the condos at 9990 North Scottsdale Rd. and we have tried four months to get the homeowners association management company to get in touch with the owner and we cannot get any thing done. PMP said they have tried to reach the owner of the property and it took over a month just to get that response.. there is water running and our tenant cannot sleep at night. I am paying $300 a month for HOA at Villa Verde for "maintenance" that I have never seen done. They do not answer any calls. I have called many times to complain about my neighbors and the trash they leave everywhere, the neighborhood looks so horrible and they charge so much for literally doing NOTHING. More pathetic mismanagement from this company. We've had PMP since middle of last year around time of scheduled "annual" meeting. Election was nearing end, we receive an email imploring people to vote since only a few votes are needed to reach quorum. So I decide to vote! Several days later, we receive an email saying "elections is canceled, with NO EXPLANATION given. Several months later, another "annual" election (15 months is NOT annual!). Fast forward to this year's "annual" election (this year 9 months is "annual"). Also a special assessment to be voted on. Arrive at meeting. (PMP) manager casually mentions that they know quorum won't be reached. How is that? Well, apparently, our supposedly "professional" management team sent out ballots with WRONG RETURN ADDRESS. And,of course no communication with the OWNERS. Unacceptable Unprofessional Inexcusable. read more

The company is not interested in the residents who live in the communities they serve. They only care about money! They are fake. They constantly blow you off even the CEO. And they record all phone calls and they don't even tell you this which is against the law. I got suspicious and asked and they said yes we record all calls. Be very careful of this company. read more

Bid high, then held the board hostage by demanding an increase of more than 20% or else they would quit. Cited it was more work than anticipated even though the rep was aware of the ongoing legal issues created by the removed board. Somehow, and I'm not pointing fingers, previous landscape vendors and groundskeepers also wound up being replaced with significantly more expensive vendors that performed worse than their predecessors. The PM is also a control freak when it comes to muting owners on monthly HOA Zoom meetings. I would never hire this company. read more

I had an AC problem and I contacted different vendors to come help, turns out it was an HOA thing. Tyler did call me, he communicated to me about everything that was going on and then got me the right people. Everything went great, but it wasn't smooth. Not the management company fault. The Villa Verde community has never been in worse conditions, the areas are rarely cleaned, the trees are never trimmed, I am owner of one unit and they don't even let me know when the board meetings are because on one occasion I made this observations and since then they won't let me in the meetings, we pay 300 dollars a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. read more

The property manager for montierra at shadow mountain is a tow ticket evangelist and very quick to have it towed. Very controlling nor very clear when giving info. Has given two diff answers for the same question asked by two diff people. Also, he's very very very rude in the most "professional" way. I will NEVER buy a home for this hoa or neighborhood again. Lost costumer! Glad I moved. He was the reason I sold my home! read more

As a Board member at the time, I met with Tyler of PMP when my HOA was considering a change in management companies. He was informative, professional, and knowledgeable of current law and trends in the industry. I was impressed with what PMP could offer a HOA with 52 units. PMP's first month managing our community made the old management company look like dinosaurs. PMP utilizes technologies that save everyone time. Tyler has been working overtime to ease the transition which has made the change even more welcome. He quickly references our community documents and is very resourceful. He conducts our HOA meetings professionally and safely through Zoom. As a former board member, I am disappointed that my multiple complaints about getting dog feces picked up went ignored by our board and our PMP manager. This is one of the simplest management tasks, and in my world, if you can't communicate with your owners and tenants in a meaningful way, you are failing. Owners who have to complain multiple times have escalating resentments. It is just so unnecessary. These problems are just the tip of the iceberg. My concern is if you can't get the dog poop picked up, how are you going to handle the more crucial projects that impact our property values, plus the safety of our community? I will be happy to remove/amend my review when PMP recognizes they must work for the entire community in a timely manner and handle individual homeowner complaints in a special meeting. read more

Called PMP, our new HOA, not expecting much as most of these types of companies truly don't care. In my experience, for them, it's all about the monthly $'s that you're obligated to pay whether or not they do what they say. However, it was quite refreshing dealing with Tyler at PMP. He was understanding, caring and actually "followed up" by asking the right questions, fixing it and calling me instead of having to hunt him down for an answer. Problem fixed in less than 2 hours. Overall poor service. Since switching management companies from AAM or community has gone downhill. Landscaping has suffered over the years. Our gates are always broken and stay open for months at a time before they are fixed leaving residences exposed to thieves who have stolen over $400 worth of my items off my front porch, they have even stolen food I ordered while I was at home and I had to ask the thief to return it to me because I was hungry! Communication is poor and when we do get updates on something there are always grammatical issues in the email. I am sure the board wanted to switch because our original management company seemed high priced but in the long run we have paid more money with PMP with less service. Oh, and they do not even put Christmas lights in the community like AAM used to do. I understand how HOA's operate and I am not complaining about an HOA fee. I am disappointed that the fees we have paid have not benefitted the community at all and has actually contributed to a loss of money. read more
