Those are the chairs we supposed to use after paying monthly $750 and 3 bedrooms pays $850

Brookside Village managed by PMP and has raised the HOA fees twice a year $750 to $850 monthly and we have about 400 units and doens't get anything done in the community. The condomin is never well maintened for what we pay and with high risks or personal injury , property has damages all over , including leaking in different areas , including the garage and the stuff doesn't maintain the property and seems like there is never manage on duty. The club house has such old, broke and dirty furniture from the 70's and has never been replaced , the pools chairs are all broke and lots of pool chairs piled up in the pool and broke , can't use it , was never fixed for the last 5 years or replace it, can't find one chair that is not broke to lay down . The pools floors has cracks all over and weed growing up in the middle, people also don't pick up after their dogs and there is lots of feses on grasses inside comdominim areas. People also hang their towels c clothes and rugs to dry on balconies , well ... I can go and on and on... the place looks in deplorable conditions . Also, sprinkles hasnt worked for at the least since when I moved in 4 years a go and the and plants are dying every summer I feel so bad for the grass and plants not getting enough water . The gardeners do not clean all the weeds between plants and floors etc . It's Erica Wood the assigned manager ? She hasn't responded to any emails or messages with updates and never come visit the property to see on her own eyes .

Over the last 43 days, I have done everything a homeowner is supposed to do. I have submitted a formal request through the HOA homeowner portal, sent multiple follow-up emails, uploaded photographs documenting the issue, called the management office numerous times, and left multiple voicemails requesting a return phone call. Despite all of that, my community manager has never once picked up the phone to call me. The only communication I initially received came from an office assistant. In one email, I was told the tree would be trimmed in the mean time.(this never happened ) On July 2, I was told that Colleen, the community manager, would be reaching out to me shortly. She never did. Instead, 15 days later, after more emails, phone calls, and waiting, the only response I received from Colleen was: "I will be discussing with them soon." That was the entire update after 43 days. No explanation. No timeline. No phone call. No accountability. No effort to address my concerns. The issue itself is not minor. I requested the removal of an HOA-maintained tree that continually drops large seed pods into my backyard. My dogs ingested one of those pods and became severely ill with explosive diarrhea, requiring veterinary care. I immediately reported the incident, provided photographs, and explained that as the tree continues to grow, the debris and risk will only become worse. I understand that HOA decisions may require Board approval. What I do not understand is how a homeowner can spend 43 days trying to communicate with their management company and never receive a single return phone call from the person responsible for managing the community. Whether my request is ultimately approved or denied is no longer the issue. The issue is the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and respect shown throughout this process. Homeowners deserve updates, honesty, and responsiveness--not silence followed by one-sentence emails weeks later. If this is how legitimate homeowner concerns are handled, I genuinely question how this management company handles more urgent issues. Forty-three days. A portal request. Multiple emails. Photographs. Numerous phone calls. Multiple voicemails. Two promises that someone would contact me. Not one return phone call from the manager. That tells you everything you need to know.

This system rewards loud, unfounded accusations over truth and fairness. For context, my family and I are the kind of neighbors who give freely of our time--helping others move, giving rides, and responding in emergencies. We strive to be respectful, friendly, and conscientious in every interaction. We love this community--well, we used to. Recently, the HOA has treated us not as valued members of the community, but as offenders. Costly, punitive action was taken against us based on an embellished complaint, and our attempts to share our side have been dismissed. The "neighbors" behind the complaint never reached out to address the adults in our home, but they did harass my teenage daughter. And, rather than facilitating a collaborative solution, the HOA has targeted us and stonewalled our effort to communicate. Homeowners pay dues expecting consistency, respect, and excellent service. Instead, we have experienced the opposite: a community where members are valued inconsistently and fairness is optional.
