Had a 6:15 appointment last night for my child. Didn't get seen until after 7:30 I understand it's an urgent care but there's only one doctor. The doctor we saw had no bedside manner and was completely rude to me and my husband. Assessed my son for two minutes to say "it's just a cold" it was actually croup and he's miserable this is the second time we've gotten misdiagnosed from this place. I went considering a family member of mine had a good experience and that we'd be treated with compassion and care and maybe the situation had changed. - she had another doctor. Not to mention Dr. Sutter? I can't remember his name; also misdiagnosed my nephew! Please please please take your babies elsewhere! This place is ridiculous and dangerous! read more

You run a urgent care to have people show up whenever but when you do show up they demand you have an appointment. Never coming back to this place again. Places like this shouldn't be in business hopefully they don't last if you're children aren't there priority. read more

If you have an emergency please just go to the hospital and wait and hour or 3!! Today will be my last visit here. Even with the guaranteed no appointment necessary you will end up waiting for 3-4 hours to be seen. I booked an appointment for 4:10 pm and was not seen until 5:20 pm. The wait area was empty with only two people waiting. Even with limited staff this is very unacceptable. The nurse told me we do the appointment to get traffic in which is very bad for your patients to sit and wait, who wants to sit for 3 hours with a sick child ????? I'm not one for reviews however I Would not recommend this place. Waited close to 3 hours to be seen. Then when we finally did get into a room it was another 45 mins, then after explaining to the physician my child's cough is waking him up at night she told me "medicine doesn't really work anyways." Few days later my child was diagnosed with bronchiolitis and in need of multiple medications. Never again will I trust this place. read more

What a fantastic place this is! We had to come bring my son here this past weekend for a covid test, and boy oh boy was it a wonderful experience. We were able to do almost everything through the SOLV app. They were able to take us in at 12:15 on a Saturday. The inside is themed to medieval times, I guess because it is 10 minutes from there? HAHAHAHA We checked in when we were a block away and as we parked they told us to come in. There was 1 person ahead of us. The receptionist is very friendly. 1 minute after getting our affairs in order, we were brought into the back. The place is nice and clean, and all the rooms are themed. We were in the Shrek room. It was clean, but the decorations were weird!!!!! Besides a poster, they stapled stuffed animals to the wall... Not my choice but hey! It also has nothing to do with their service. Although it does make me wonder, how often are they dusted lol! They also had a TV playing a kids movie. We were watching Tarzan. The nurse came in and gave him a lite checkup, then did the covid test. Not sure why they needed the lite checkup, but I guess they want to be a thorough as possible? We then had to wait 5 minutes to see a doctor who completed the checkup and told us he did not have covid having had it in December. She was in and out in under 2 minutes. All in all, had a great experience here! Clean facilities, feels super sanitary! Staff is friendly and helpful. The unique decertations make the kids feel more comfortable. Not so urgent after all. The name itself suggests urgency, but unfortunately, our experience was anything but swift. Waiting Forever: Upon arrival, I was checked in but told to wait as there wasn't any room available. I expected prompt assistance given the urgency implied by the facility's name. However, I found myself waiting interminably. It felt like time had slowed down, and I wondered if I'd accidentally stepped into a time warp. Irony Alert: The irony hit me hard. Urgent care centers are supposed to provide quick medical assistance, yet here I was, contemplating the meaning of life while waiting for my daughter's turn. Long story short, we waited HOURS before being seen by a practitioner. Perhaps they should consider renaming it "Leisurely Care." If you're in a hurry, consider sprinting to a different facility--one where urgency isn't just a word on the name. read more

My usual pediatrician is closed on weekends, so after a quick search, we found PM pediatrics. The front end staff were so kind and helpful, they made the checking in process run smoothly. PA Lauren helped my 6 month old and his anxious mom feel so much better. My son had been not feeling himself for a week, and didn't have covid. He was tested for flu and rsv, but both were negative as well. Lauren gave us a care plan for home and we left feeling more confident that he would be on the mend soon. I downloaded their Solv app and plan to use it in the future if we ever have to come back. Their hours and availability make me feel better that we can come by if ever needed for our sick baby after hours. read more

On a Sunday night at 9:15pm, my daughter had an accident and got a deep cut on her foot. I took her to PM pediatrics where Lauren, the PA determined she needed stitches. My 9 year old daughter freaked out, Lauren talked her down, kept me informed, and stitched her up like a pro. The service and care we received was top notch. The woman working at the front desk has bad attitude, but the care my daughter received from the medical team made up for it. One observation--the woman gave my daughter the stitches was not a doctor but my insurance was billed for a doctor's visit. read more

I took my 15 year old to get a covid test today . No symptoms, but was with someone that was positive. She was so nervous about getting the test and the nurse was so sweet and really talked her off the ledge. The doctor was also so nice and caring. I think the nurses name was Krista or Kristen. They should all be like her! Place is very clean and well organized, especially with all that's going on. A good place for your child's medical needs! read more

While I understand these are trying times, the customer service we experienced today was abysmal. Going to urgent care for our daughters ear ache was a last resort but due to teladoc not taking her and the pediatrician being closed this was our next best option. we have been here before and wait times always seem long. today however we waited 45 minutes to be told that it would be another 90 minutes to a two hour wait. my daughter who is 5 already was in pain and anxious. we actually went to CITYMD across the way and was serviced quickly, professionally and had a great experience. read more

Horrible wait times, staff couldn't be bothered enough to fully enter the room when calling a patient in to be seen. Just when you think the 2hr wait time is over, you wait even longer in the exam room for a nurse, then wait again for the doctor, and again for a dose of medicine. Doctor made a comment she couldn't see in my sons ears, yet was quick to diagnose him with an ear infection. Less than 24hrs later our primary physician said his ears were NOT inflamed, instead positive for flu. read more

I want to say this to all who are listening. The staff at this location in Clifton were so utterly professional with my son and me. He is non verbal and has Autism The mere attention to detail by the Doctor and the nurse was absolutely amazing! You don't see that type of care Anywhere and I'm speaking as a medical professional! The doctor took her time making sure all the glass was out of my son's hand from his accident. When she wasn't sure, she asked the nurse for her opinion. They were just an Excellent team from beginning to end! I applaud both of them for their due diligence making sure we wouldn't have to go to another Healthcare facility due to an unnecessary infection. I came here today (Sunday)or my 10 month daughter who had been vomiting after every bottle. I made an actual appointment online for 3:20pm. I waited almost 75 minutes before being seen- they were not that busy and that is unacceptable. After going into the exam room after an hour+ wait in the waiting room with a tired, unnapped, sick baby, I waited another 20 mins before the doctor, albeit nice, came in in a hurry. She did a quick exam, left for 5 mins, came back with a pedialyte pop, left for another 15 minutes while my baby ate the pedialyte pop (15 mins is not necessary), came back and left for another 10 while a script was written out for me. This waiting game is completely unnecessary. I got there at 2:55, I left at 5pm. It was absolutely unnecessary, especially when I made an appointment and was NOT a walk-in patient. I should be taken in at my appointment time regardless of how many walk-ins there are and should most definitely not have to wait over an hour WITH an appointment. I don't know what their policy is on this but I will not be going back to this location, or PM pediatrics in general unless there is a dire need. My daughter was crying so hard from being so tired - seriously- over 2 hours there. It stinks because I heard good things about this location and this was my first and hopefully last experience with them. I would love for someone at PM pediatrics to respond to this with an explanation of precisely how appointment times work when one actually makes them online. Otherwise, what's the point? read more

Ive brought my kids here many times with no problem but i just brought my 7 month old in with a fever that shes had for 2 days and they told me they cant accept anymore walk ins. That would be fine but ive come later than this and have been seen. Definitely will be switching to a new urgent care from now on. Absolutely unacceptable. I pray that this fever is nothing serious because if it isn't karma is a real thing. Shame on you all. Once again let me repeat they turned away a 7 month old with a fever. The website indicates no appointments necessary yet I arrived just now with my toddler and baby, both of whom probably have RSV, and was told that we couldn't be seen without an appointment because they were at capacity for the day. My child was misdiagnosed with "viral syndrome" when she presented with flu like symptoms (fever, both ears hurt, sore throat, and headache). She was not tested for the flu, only strep. No flu test offered. When she came home temp was 102.7. At that time, I called the office to ask what her temp was while she was there & was only told "no fever" to which I replied "well, she has a fever". Receptionist just advised to continue fluids & take Motrin. I hung up frustrated & called my child's pediatrician who said "sounds like she has the flu..." & she was kind enough to phone in an antibiotic until she can see her in the office. My daughter went to her pediatricians office today and sure enough tested positive for the flu within seconds. My child suffered all weekend, reported symptoms worsened and started with vomiting & diarrhea. Perhaps if she was given the flu test when she was there on Saturday, things may have turned out differently. read more

I cannot believe how insensitive and careless a medical office focused on children's health can be. I walked in (as advertised on website, walks are welcome) and was turned away from being seeing, I had to leave this office with my 11 month old baby who had a 102 fever and breathing rapidly and who was later diagnosed with influenza. When I walked in the office I wasn't even asked the reason for my visit, the person in the front immediately said there are no more walk ins welcome. We had to travel 40 minutes away from home in the middle of the night to another location. Just the lack of care or even attempt to help was upsetting. read more

If would be possible, I would give 0 starts for this practice. On 8/27/17 I have brought my daughter to this urgent care in Clifton. She has been coughing at that time for past 3 weeks with the cough getting increasingly worse, spitting green mucus and temperature on 103.0 and labor breathing. The doctor who saw her, misdiagnose the symptoms as common "cold" and send us home. Two days later, I brought her again to the doctor, only this time, to our pediatrician. She was diagnosed with pneumonia. Should her symptoms were treated earlier, she would no have wind up with pneumonia and needed strong drugs and long recovery. Now, I am a in a receipt of a bill for $196 form PM Pediatrics for a gross negligence in misdiagnosing the severe illness the first time around. Stay away from that butcher shop that is aimed at charging you for services not rendered and endangering the welfare of your children. read more

Took my teenage daughter here around 9pm on a Wednesday night after symptoms continued through out the afternoon. The place was clean and well lit. The check in process took seconds and within minutes she was being checked out by the nurse. Dr. Quinn was awesome and full of great information. We were in and out with diagnosis in 30 minutes. I really appreciated the follow up phone call on Saturday. I am so happy this office exists! read more

My review is based solely on the nurse who assisted us because her professionalism was exceptional. When I arrived alone with my 9 year old who had a broken leg, the nurse, Stacy, came out to get him out of the car and into a wheelchair. She was very patient and kind to him. She was just as patient completing his xrays as she was gentle. She spoke to me with understanding and compassion and I felt that I could trust her skills because she put me at ease. read more

In the past I have had great experiences and I recomended many people here but my last 2 visits have been not so great! The doctor seems to be in a hurry all the time and only checks the eyes, throat, and ears! I took my son last week and she said he was fine but I knew he wasnt and took him to another hospital and it turns out he had an pnuemonia! STAY CLEAR OF DR. BORGEN!!!! If you get her, I would request another Doctor. In my opinion, she was rough with my 1 year-old during the diagnosis process. When my one-year-old cried after she examined my daughter's ears, Dr. Borgen said "Look at that face, How Pathetic." Yup, her exact words were "How Pathetic." To a sick 1-year-old. She was also incredibly condescending when I tried to discuss my daughter's symptoms. I didn't say anything at the time because I was so in shock, but the more I think about it, the more I realize her bedside manners were completely unprofessional. She has been practicing awhile, so maybe she is just out of touch and jaded, but PLEASE ask for another doctor!! The others at this location are much better. read more

Waited over 2.5 hours to get a COVID test for my 8 year old and had to pay $55, I thought it would be free testing. During check-in they told us to sign in and wait in the car, but didn't give us any indication that it would be at least a 2 hour wait. No one answers the phone or lets you know what is going on. I just came back from the office and I have to say that I was pretty impressed with this place. There was very little wait time and the doctor was really thorough. My two-year-old ended up having to get an x-ray on the spot and based on the X-ray it was determined that she had pneumonia. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately and by the time I got to the pharmacy they had everything ready. I'm definitely glad I was able to visit this place at 7 at night and be done with everything with the medication within an hour and a half. Not bad at all and I will come back for Urgent Care or nighttime visits when I can't see my primary pediatrician. read more
