Unfortunately, I never got to see the Lorcana binder as my boyfriend never pointed it out and assumed I knew where it was. But that just means we can come visit again some other time. My boyfriend was able to score the Lorwyn commander decks for $80 which is a steal! The staff here seem very friendly and helpful. They always checked to see if any customers, including us, needed any help looking for anything. They also give kids a booster pack as one of their regulars will come in and buy a booster box for the staff members to hand out a Pokemon booster to any young child that walks in. They also told me that the store is dog friendly as long as they are well behaved and on a leash. The store seems to be divided for those looking for sports cards and memorabilia and the other section focusing on TCGs such as Pokemon, Lorcana, Magic, and more. They have great stock of sleeves, mats, and other TCG needs. Additionally, they have plenty of tables and chairs for their TCG events.

They weren't friendly when answering my questions and kind of looked at me as if I was incompetent. One employee was nice, but they were newly hired. Everyone else didn't seem friendly too. The place has a lot of TCG cards, whether it's for sports or etc. If you're expecting to sell or trade your cards, do not expect a fair deal! They will for sure give you way less money/credit than the product is worth. Anyways, great products that they have, but customer service is below average.

They have it all from all the newest hottest sports cards to all the TCG you can imagine! Yes you gotta pay secondary market prices for it but it's not much higher than anywhere else I've seen that only has one or two things! I mean the place is stacked floor to ceiling with straight ! This is my new spot to go for sealed product when I'm looking for out of print or harder stuff to find. THANK YOU WEST COAST SPORTS CARDS FOR BEING THERE TO SUPPORT MY ADDICTION TO PULLING FIRE!!

Most of the staff are very friendly but the staff member who called himself the "Magic Guy" was…read morevery rude. He accused me of taking pictures of the store to make a scam site online (I was just using my phone to zoom in on the small prices on the wall), and then while I was buying something from another staff member for the posted price, he interjected himself and repriced the item raising it nearly $100 while I was buying it (about 20% over tcgplayer price). The other staff member looked really uncomfortable, I asked him why he did that and he just walked away. I said forget it, went to walk out and another staff member apologized for his behavior, said he was having a bad day. There are a lot of places to buy cardboard, most of if not all of what they sold is cheaper online. I like going to a store and buying it off a shelf instead of on a website, but not if they're going to treat people poorly. There are a handful of other shops as well between tacoma and federal way. Again, the rest of the staff was great and I hesitated to even bother leaving feedback, but I haven't been back there since and figured I'd share so people know who they may run into when they shop there.

The store associates were exceptionally helpful. One of them played the game as well, and was able to show me a few things I didn't know and suggest a couple of products I hadn't thought of to get. The cost was fair for the products I bought. I'm also disabled and the aisles had plenty of room, for me and my wheelchair to be able to get around, which even in big chain stores can be a problem. Also, even though it's downtown, there are designated spots for the store. I highly recommend this store!

Then they have another dedicated space for playing Magic with plenty of seating and tables as well as a section dedicated on card sleeves and singles. We're glad we stopped by and definitely check them out more often whenever we're in the area. They also have a pretty packed calendar so always something to do or check out.
