I went for a lash lift and tint. Nice atmosphere, large clean rooms. The whole procedure took about 30minutes, not as much stinging as I anticipated (it was my first lift), totally tolerable! Danielle was great she explained the process as she went along and told me about after care, would highly recommend! read more

Today was my first time at Plushe Aesthetics. Kate was my aesthetician. I had the Classic facial plus Gua Sha Stone Lymphatic Drainage Massage. The last time I had a facial was pre-COVID, so I was really looking forward to this appointment. I'm glad I listened to previous reviews. Kate was very professional and knowledgeable about facials, the products they use, and the treatments they offer. She made my skin feel clean, detoxed, and brand new. I will definitely be going here for my facials moving forward. Thanks Kate! read more

This place is amazing and my honest recommendation. Firstly, they are super kind, professional and absolutely great. Daniella welcomed me so nicely. I did lash lift and i am super satisfied with the results. Definitely will be coming back soon for a facial! The gifts they are giving after certain treatments are super cute. Overall, beautiful experience and my recommendation read more

See all

Kate was my aesthetician and she was great! She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. I got the oxygen facial with an added gua sha massage and it was exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was super relaxing and inviting. I'll definitely be going back! read more

This is my go to facial place! The esthetician takes her time to actually evaluate my skin and take into consideration what I need. I'm so happy Plush came to Astoria! A+ I've gotten so many compliments on my skin after only 1 visit, can't wait to go back. read more

Very pleased with the facial treatment I received from Kate. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Jasmine is really great. Started coming here a few months ago and looking forward to my pre-wedding facial in a few weeks! Super clean too!

It was okay...I've gotten many different kinds of facials over the years at many different places. Great decor, cute vibes. This place was just ok... it isn't the height of luxury or a spa like experience. I was asked if I wanted to take off my shirt, which I hope would be mandatory for any facial experience. The jelly mask was dripping all over my hair, inside my mouth, up my nose-- it didn't feel relaxing at all. She was very rough around my eye area. She was tugging on my earrings and my hair to get the product out, I felt like an oily sticky mess. I should have been asked to take my earrings and jewelry off before the facial. It was also freezing and only a thin sheet was provided, which wasn't enough. The bed I was laying on was very stiff and flat, not comfortable at all. My check in was quick and so was my checkout. Again, nothing special here. For a 150$ service, I expected more. read more

Amazing service! I did the hydro-glow facial with derma-plane. The first 2-3 days my skin was a bit red, due to extractions which is of course normal. However, my skin is glowing, it's soft, and clean. I can feel the difference in the texture and that my skin needed this treatment. To get rid of the blackheads and some smaller acne, I will be back this weekend for the skin renewal treatment. By the way, Kate was amazing, she walked me through the whole process. Also, everything was clean, very relaxing environment. Definitely recommend!!! read more

Found this place on IG, went for a facial earlier this week and absolutely loved it. My esthetician educated me on my skin type, suggested products and a daily routine. Skin was glowing for the following days. Would def recommend them and will be back! read more

As a maid-of-honor for one of my best friends getting married soon, I wanted the both of us to get pampered and look great for her wedding day. I found Plushe Aesthetics on Instagram and was interested in their bride-to-be package. It included the hydro-dermabrasion and oxygen infusion facials, dermaplaning, peptide eye mask and a collagen infused mask. And a 30-min foot massage. When you walk in, you're asked to fill out a form for them to learn more about you and your skin. The place has cute modern decor and pretty minimalistic. I was then taken care of by my esthetician Kate. Before she started, she examined my skin and suggested not to do the dermaplaning on me since I had some new acne come in recently (probably due to stress from it's almost wedding time, haha). I was a little concerned about my skin because I did have some bumps and redness that I haven't had in a long time. And I also haven't had a facial in years. I trusted her suggestion and instead, she recommended LED light therapy to help my pores and reduce bacteria under my skin. The entire service was about two hours long and well worth it. I also liked that she told me each part of the service before she actually started. Although extractions are not included in this package, Kate did do some light extractions on my nose and some bumps, so I appreciated that. By the end of the service, she said some of the bumps already went away. I looked in the mirror and it looked and felt like most of them did go away, so I was really happy about that. I tried to avoid the sun and washing my face regularly since then, as Kate recommended. It has now been two days since my service and I can already see a dramatic difference in my skin. It has been clearing up and I imagine it will look even more clear in a couple days, and hopefully even better by the wedding. I'll consider doing facials from Plushe Aesthetics routinely and will be back again! And thanks, Kate! read more

She burned my face and didn't have any care about how I felt. I tried to reach the esthetician for help and I was handled unprofessionally.

Kate was my aesthetician. I came in for a facial I was familiar with in the past but because I haven't had a facial since pre-covid and had a big break out recently, Kate recommended the best type for my current skin needs (with in no way trying to convince me but rather steer me in a direction to meet my skin goals). I ended up doing an enzyme peel and extractions. I'm so happy with it. She's very knowledgeable and explained everything as it was my first experience with a peel. The whole spa is so cute inside, very clean and gave a very calming vibe. Cant wait to come back! read more

First time getting a facial, and it was exactly the self care I needed. 3 days in and my face still looks so refreshed and smooth! Jasmine was so kind, explained everything, and created the most relaxing experience. Can't wait to come back! read more

The esthetician really messed with my skin. I had mentioned that it hurt and she just said sorry and proceeded regardless of the fact that it was painful for me, as well as the fact that the pimples weren't even nearly ready to be extracted?... The decor is nice but maybe try and take your clients feelings into consideration.. I also feel like my skin looks so so much worse now than it did before the facial, as the extractions have left marks behind on my skin. I know every face/skin is different, but my skin broke out like never before after my hydroglow facial. :/ read more

This was my first professional facial, and I found it incredibly relaxing. I came in for the classic Plushe facial and worked with Becca - who talked me through her process which really put me at ease. I didn't really know what to expect, so getting the chance to have a 1 on 1 consultation about my skin was a huge plus. She walked me through some best cleansing practices and recommended a few products (in my budget!) that I could add into my daily routine. But honestly, my favorite part was the jelly mask and shoulder massage, I basically fell asleep hah. Couldn't recommend this place more! read more

I got the classic facial and my esthetician was Kate. It was SO relaxing and Kate did a wonderful job with extractions (especially on my nose). I've gotten facials elsewhere and this might be one of the only times that my face didn't look super red after! The office is really clean which made me feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I've booked a few facials at Plushe, one of them being the bridal package for my wedding. Not only was it an amazing way to relax and de-stress days before my big day, it also made my skin look so fresh and clear for the day! My MUA for the wedding kept complimenting me on the appearance of my skin the day of the wedding. I attribute that all to Plushe & the amazing facials I received. I'll continue coming back for self care days in the future! read more

I found this amazing spa that is conveniently right outside of the N/W train stop! They follow COVID measures the spa is really clean and the staff is amazing. I came in for a facial since my skin has been very dry after my consultation the esthetician recommended the hydra facial. My face looks and feels great!! Will definitely be returning. Thank you!!!! read more

I am so happy Astoria finally has a place like Plushe, and even more grateful for the incredible staff and services. I've had 2 facials and have sensitive skin, and after my second facial had a minor skin reaction. The salon instantly jumped in to help - from cross-referencing other products I've used in the past that have affected my skin to ensuring they knew each product & ingredient list used during both facials to figure out what happened this time - they did everything possible to get me answers and improve my future experiences. They also went above and beyond offering to look at my irritated skin and lightly treat it with a soothing mask and oil that has my skin feeling much calmer. I can't recommend this salon enough and can't wait to try other services (including more facials!) in the future. read more
