I'm so glad that her technique is focused on emphasizing the natural curve of your eyebrow, instead of forcing a shape that would not look right. She definitely gave mine more of an arch, which I love, but it actually looks natural! I am blown away by how good my brows look! Oh, and I have to add that Crystal also threw in a free dermaplaning session while the numbing cream was setting in on my eyebrows. My skin looks amazing and feels so soft! I am definitely going to go back to have that done again.

My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great! I went in today for second process and she adjusted her routine -took some tape off-and did things a little differently to accommodate my needs and it worked! Highly recommend!

She is so professional, patient and caring and so good with her trade. It took me some time to decide that I want microblading done and select by whom - I felt really good about it after my first touch up. For me it really helped to get microblading done, since my eyebrow hair is so fine it didn't make a dark, uniform shade, though i never really gone crazy plucking them. Once I trusted Jessica the results really spoke for themselves, but you have to give it time to mature, and really just trust her.
