I wanted to support this place, but my experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the tables were dirty, which gave a poor first impression. Our server's shirt was tattered and unprofessional, adding to the overall lack of care in presentation. We were told the food would take a little while because it was cooked to order, so I expected fresh, hot food. Instead, it came out only warm with no steam at all, and the fries were undercooked and still hard in the middle. We sent the seafood loaded fries back twice because they were not prepared properly. After that, we ended up just getting a po' boy and fries to simplify things, but unfortunately the experience got even worse. I became sick afterward and dealt with food poisoning symptoms for three days. Between the cleanliness issues, poor food quality, and getting sick, I can't recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I love this place We got there around 5:20 and the food did not dissapoint. The food and drinks were very good, the crawfish was great also. Mylashia, was extremly great. This isn't an establishment I'd choose at all! I pulled up because I was meeting someone and this was the address! When I pulled into the parking lot, I said no, nope, hell no! I reluctantly decided to stay because I was tired, just got off the plane and wasn't in the mood to search for another spot. But to my pleasant surprise, I actually enjoyed myself! It was mainly because of the DJ! Friday night, music was really good. Service was ok, the girl was a little slow. The crowd got thick. We got there after 11pm. The drinks were good, my watermelon hurricane was tasty but it didn't taste super strong. I had boudin balls and they came out hot. Plush is great! Was visiting from out of town and pulled up to this place with a friend who's been here before. We got there early so the restaurant was empty and chill. We had no issues being sat and the waitresses were super nice! We were there for their happy hour and ordered their wings and drinks special. I ordered the plush special wings which were delicious while my friend ordered the lemon pepper wings. Everything was great and I wasn't disappointed! This review is only for the Signature Pasta. I'm not a huge fan of pasta but, my little sister was in town and wanted to check it out. The pasta was delicious and full of chicken, sausage and shrimp. The sauce was perfect, not thick or runny, great consistency. I'd return for the pasta.I've also heard the lemon pepper wings are pretty good too. I'm not sure why but security at this club felt like busting my windshield was okay.. if I had a open tab trust me I can pay that just like I had to pay for my windshield to be replaced.. Horrible experience.. because why would someone who works at this club bust my windshield and chase my car down even though I paid and could have shown them my account ledger with processed transactions???? I don't know if this place is new, but I just happen to see them on DoorDash and I have to say I'm not disappointed. I did get PTSD walking into the building as the music was very loud and reminded me of when I used to work at club Onyx, so it has a stripclub vibe not really bar the music is so loud it's impossible to have a conversation and the girl at the bar had some booty shorts with a big old peach honey and I'm not mad at her., got my food , it was ready when I got there I live 20 minutes away and when I got home to eat, my food was still hot, I got the mozzarella sticks , Cajun rice that came with chicken, shrimp and sausage and I added crawfish tails. My mom got the loaded seafood fries, and weeks got jumbo shrimp and fries. Everything was very good. The shrimp were not over salted and still crispy when I got home. Everything was seasoned really nicely and the french fries were not overcooked. I will definitely be coming back here. Walked in with some reservations. It looked more like a club. Hazel greeted us and was very kind and accommodating. She checked in on us multiple times after we got our food, and made sure we enjoyed everything when we left. Very sweet girl. I came here for some southern/creole style food. Hats off to the kitchen. I Came in plush late today to get some food review content in and let me say, today was Plush Bar And Grill's best day. when I sat myself down I noticed there was only 1 waitress. I gave her 5 minutes to come up to me with about 3-4 other tables already seated: she was to me with menus including a happy hour menu that was not applicable for to-go orders in 2 minutes of me seating. Luckily I wanted to eat in. She greeted me with the most beautiful smile and told me her name was "Malaysha" and proceeded to see how my day was and asked if I been here before, informed me which items were not currently available. I didn't inform her my intentions of being in this establishment today. After our mini conversation she then offered me water and time to review the menu. When ordering my food, she was extremely patient to all of my "test" questions and extremely knowledgeable of the menu (great job Plush!) She convinced me to get the "Loaded Seafood Fries", Crawfish $5.99/Lbs, "Mozzarella Sticks" as my appetizer. I was undecided on my drink and she kindly recommended a "Plush Margarita" which is on the happy hour menu. Malaysha Is impressive, she took my order with no note pad or pen, just her mind. The "Plush Margarita" is a 10/10, it has a very tangy fruit like taste but the liquor is there. I received a small water cup upon getting my menu's, then my drink. Later the food was brung out within 12-15 minute wait time. It was hot, fresh and very tasteful. I would pass on further recommendation. As I ate my food, Malaysha frequently checked on me and made Plush feel very welcoming. I observed her with her other tables to see if there were any differences and I seen nothing but smiles and laughs, I believe she is great at multitasking. I Recommend asking for Malaysha when visiting Plush. she allowed me to comfortably enjoy myself, played music I requested and most importantly did not make me feel rushed to leave. I informed her I wanted my tab, she brought it to me and told me to take my time, there was no rush and that I was more than welcomed to still stay. I ordered a "Orange-Vanilla" Hookah instead of paying and she gave me no trouble. I could see her assemble the hookah and then comes to me without it, to tell me that there will be a small wait while the coals heat up. (very considerate) she then offered me $5 shot while I waited. I agreed and she brought it out right away. The wait for the hookah was 18-20 minutes slightly. The in-between conversations were nice. The hookah was perfect and lasted long. She offered a free coal exchange if needed and continued to make sure I was good. When I was finally ready to go It started picking up in this establishment but, even then Malaysha was effortlessly keeping me satisfied!! I will be coming back to Plush and recommend everyone else to visit Plush and bring your bills to tip my girl Malaysha! Thank you to Plush and Malaysha for a 10/10 experience. Stopped by this place after seeing them on Instagram. 3.5/5! Get there early parking is limited. I'm not sure if it's self seating of not. I walked all the way up to the bar because there was no one at the door. One person told me to wait and another came out and seated me back by the door. I'm not sure how long they have been open but there is definitely some kinks. I ordered the boiled lobster and shrimp for $30. I was told it came with 2 lobster tails and 1 pound of shrimp. I knew they seemed to good to be true so I asked the waitress multiple times. When the food finally came out she came to the table with her manager to explain that you in fact do not get 2 tails! We all asked for medium spice, it was still spicy but the flavor was good. There is happy hour from 4-8. I had crown Apple and come for $5. The bathrooms could be cleaner. Waited 2 hours for disappointed tasting food. Had I not spent $32.90 I would have thrown it in the trash. Placed order at 6:45pm and never received confirmation email. Sent a text an image of order number asking if it had been received and never got a response. Called at 7:30 to ask and was told my order had been received and the confirmation should have been automatic. Arrived at location at 8pm and was told they didn't have an order for me. Asked me for the number I called to confirm and proceeded to call and ask them what my order was. Apparently the person that had the phone accidentally took it to a different location. Was told he would make my order in ten minutes. I received my order at 8:40pm. My food was missing the toppings advertised from online menu. No onions on quesadilla and was not on flour tortillas. Potato was missing chives and seasoning, all I could taste was fishiness of crawfish and cheese. Total disappointment for a 2 hour wait. read more

2nd time here the drinks are great during happy hour small but hits the spot. The food is good if you get a dish with sauce it's spicy. The fried food is good. Erica was my waitress she was great. The only downside is the restroom needs actual doors and real antibacterial soap so food preparers are washing there hands after using the restroom. Also so patrons feel safe in the restroom the doors in the female stalls don't have locks. The restroom needs either a airdryer for hands or paper towels. read more

This place is very much outdated. The furniture is absolutely horrible and extremely worn down. The paint is chipping off the walls. The tables look like they've been burnt in certain areas. The seats scratch you from being all split up. The BATHROOMS. OMG THE BATHROOMS. Absolutely disgusting. I'd feel cleaner in a porta potty. It was absolutely nasty. The food was good though can't lie. Our server was nice as well. Good cheaply priced as it should be. When we were leaving the staff were up at the front. About 6 females. A friend and I left a bday party Early in search of food and good trap/hip hop/RnB music coming from the northwest Houston hit the IG and discovered plush in the nawf side was still serving brunch menu (Sunday 12-6pm)..... cars in parking lot told me enough. Was nice crowd mixed in age but the DJ was ! We sat down right away, waitress was on point on her post ready to assist us. They did uphold the brunch price of 7 bucks for chicken and waffle that my friend ordered. I had the shrimp boil and I tell you it was delicious the shrimp are very nice size and juicy the seasoning is A1...... I also had the shrimp pasta ..... was equally good I could have had the bow tie pasta a little more tender but it was edible and i was able to eat more than half, the flavor is banging. They have great drink specials during that time as well. It was the best place to stumble on being that I live in the galleria area.... we will definitely be back and look to even host a bday gathering there in January! Check them out..... Devan the bar tender, Taylor and Tamia the waitresses, and Mahmood the hookah attendant gave me and my friends *phenomenal* customer service. The first two times, the waitresses were very rude and they didn't have most of the items on the menu. The portion sizes are very small, nothing like their IG page. Tonight, me and a friend went inside to order togo because they weren't answering the phone and we received some nasty looks from the workers, as if they didn't want to take our order. They were whispering under their breath saying something about us and one just walked away while the other took our order.
