Beware of VERBAL ABUSE!!!…read more I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at Mobile Square and I feel other customers should be aware. I first visited the store last week during lunch time because my iPad was experiencing frequent crashing issues. During that visit, one of the technicians was already impatient when I asked questions and tried to get clarification about the problem. Despite the poor attitude, I left my iPad with them for diagnosis, hoping the technical expertise would make up for the customer service. When I picked it up, a different technician explained that the crashing issue had been temporarily resolved and that the underlying problem was a damaged power management IC. I was advised to use an original Apple charger moving forward. After returning home and following those instructions, I discovered that my iPad would not charge, even with an original Apple charger. Concerned that the issue had not actually been resolved, I returned to the store the following week. Unfortunately, that second visit was far worse. A third technician with glasses, who had not been involved in my previous visits, immediately came across as dismissive and unprofessional when I was trying to ask for clarity. While the previous technician was attempting to explain the situation to me, he repeatedly interrupted the conversation and treated me with open hostility. After I confronted with him of his rude behavior and attitudes, he then proceeded to call me a "B!TCH" and even said "F@CK YOU" directly to my face. I was stunned. I came in seeking help with a device and instead was subjected to verbal abuse from a staff member. No customer should ever be spoken to this way under any circumstances. This behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable. Technical issues can happen. Repairs may not always work. All I wanted was clarification to understand the issue better. What customers should be able to expect, however, is professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy. Based on my experience, this business failed on all three. I cannot recommend Mobile Square to anyone. If customer service matters to you, I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere.

We were also told that this price hasn't changed in many years and has always been $15. We also inquired about phone cases. If bought together with the screen protector, it'd be $10 ($25 for both). Unfortunately, I didn't like the cases that they had and only got the screen protector.

She also gave me great advice on what she would do if she was in my position and I really appreciated that. Unfortunately the repair costs for my watch didn't make financial sense for how old my watch was, so decided to forgo getting it repaired. Overall I had such a great experience even though I didn't get my phone repaired here. If I have another electronic device that needs to be repaired I would definitely come back here.

I decided to visit Pacific Mall to figure out if a store would have these items. I eventually found one. Unfortunately, it has since closed down. Recently, I said farewell to this phone. Time of its death was last Wednesday at 8:25 am. I woke up to staring at a blank screen. I was fully wake! My phone was not. I couldn't power it on. It couldn't be revived by repair technicians. Fortunately, I had successfully paid by tab off and was ready for a new phone. I went with a Google Pixel 2 XL. You would think that I would abandon the brand with my first Pixel phone's motherboard dying. Nope. It's a good phone. I felt the same way when my iPhone 5 phone had a swollen battery. I upgraded to an iPhone 6. Anyway, I got my phone delivered to me. I needed a case and a screen protector. After work last night, I headed to Pacific Mall, parked, and went in through the west entrance. The first store that I found was Supermobile. It had a cute name. I saw a lot of phone cases. I went in. Two women were there. One immediately leaped out from the back room and asked if I needed any help. Yep, I did. She assured me that she had phone cases for my phone model, went back into the room, and came out with a box of cases. Yay! I gravitated towards the purple case. Yep, it's my favourite colour. I had purple nail polish on. It was perfect. I also got a pink case, which I loved. Both felt good in my hands. I got both of them. I also got a glass screen protector. She asked whether I wanted a full screen one. I asked if it would interfere with having a case on. She said no and explained why. I loved how knowledgeable she was. She offered to put the screen protector on, which was nice. My phone was waiting for me at home, so I said that I'd have to do it myself. She was kind to tell me how to put the screen protector on. I have experience doing it, but it was nice that she cared to share that information with me. She carefully put my glass screen protector in a protective envelope, along with my two cases. You get pretty good deals here. I was pleased. I paid using my debit card. I thanked both women and left the store happy. Both cases fit my phone well. I put the screen protector on my phone. Great place for Mobile phone Accessories…read more I have to agree with the other reviewers. Mobile Empire is a very good store. Located in the mall at First Markham Place, they have a great selection of accessories for older and newer phones. On this trip, my daughter needed a phone case and a screen protector for her iPhone 8Plus. The person who was working at the counter was very patient and helped my daughter find the right case, and then they even gave her the screen protector for a very good price. They even helped put the case and the screen protector on the phone for her. We got everything for under $25.00. We like this store and whenever we are at First Markham Place it's our go-to for any phone accessories. We have sent many of our friends to that store as well. If you're at the mall and need anything for your Smart Phone, this is the place.

It doesn't have a huge inventories of those fancy sparkling cases for IPhone but has enough selection in making my head spin. The service is definitely quite good as right when I walked in one of the sale person ran up to me and offers me help already compares to the other one I visited that afternoon. Price wise is not as cheap as the one I can order through the net but at least I can get what I want/need right away without waiting for more than 1 week. Make sure you double check if the items are what you expect. Because exchanging and refunding might be an issue as no receipts was issued and I was given the wrong USB cable and got into a little issue exchanging for the right one the day after.
