If I could give negative stars, I would. They quoted my Neice 1400.00 for front brakes. When she finally got the truck to her local mechanic, they fixed it for less than 300.00. What a bunch of crooks! In response to contact you, the truck is fixed now although my Neice did get to sit outside your shop for hours waiting for the tow truck. The way you can make it right is to not try to take advantage of the next young lady who takes her car in for a problem. read more

My wife and I were travelling in our Isuzu 14' Box Truck to Banning to do a charity fund raiser for Children Services. Our truck had a tire blowout on the 210 Fwy near the City of Highland. We frantically called numerous businesses in the area for help and the only people who really helped us were the people at Plus 1. From Lou to Ariana, everyone was so kind and really helpful. We were back on the road in less than 1 1/2 hours. Considering we didn't have an appointment and they were pretty busy that was really amazing. The next day, we even received a text from then asking how we were doing! Who does that? Thanks Paul! Check them out whenever you need service on your car or truck. They are great people! Oh and btw, the coffee is great and maybe you can sneak an extra candy out of the bowl on Lou's desk! LOL! read more

I was easily able to make a same day appointment. Affordable oil change prices and friendly staff! I highly recommend this place.

Went in looking to upgrade the suspension wheels and tires on my F250 super duty truck. Paul described my options and helped me select the wheel tire combo that I had in my head. The truck turned out great, excellent customer service and delivered on time. The prices are the best in the area and Paul is honest and fair. Highly recommend. read more

The reason I am giving a two star is because of a few reasons. The first is the LACK OF QUALITY of the merchandise. Sold defective tire changes The Lack of knowledge of the merchandise. Gave us wrong size change Overcharging for chains of bad quality 130$ Lack of refund when said defective chains were brought back read more

Okay, this place sucks. Told it would take 5-10 minutes. Been sitting here for an hour. Mech had NO IDEA what he is doing. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Steer clear. read more

We bought chains for here... $200. The tire size was 305 35 24. So not many places had it. Fine. But little did they (we find out half way up the mountain) that on a pick up truck we needed weight in the trunk... Half way up the mountain we shoveled snow.. Then even after that it still didn't work. We needed the thick heavy duty chains and they sold us the wrong ones and specified they will NOT accept an exchange or refund???? Shady. When reality those chains they sold us was worth 75$. Which half way up the mountain were selling for $75 for both chains not $200!!! We ended up having to cut them Off our tires with pliers. I bought two (2) different Groupons from Plus 1 on separate days. When I called I wanted to know if I needed an appointment because the voucher said to make one. He asked me what services I needed and I told him an oil change and smog check. He told me to come right in and they'd be happy to help. I was checked in and out in an hour. Their waiting room was clean and comfortable and the associate at the front desk helped me out in a pinch when I forgot something I should've brought. I would definitely go back. No problems with either the of the Groupons or customer service. read more

I have been a Tire Pro customer for maybe 15 years, When the San Bernardino store closed, I hooked up with Plus 1. Paul and Lou and staff are always helpful and make suggestions so that the correct decision can be made. As I write this I am having tires put on and an alignment done. It is a pleasure to have a Tire Pros so close to where I live. I will be doing business here for many years. Give them a try, the rubber meets the road at Tires Pros! read more

We were getting our car washed nearby & saw this tire shop. We were planing to go to our usual tire place, when we decided to walk across the way to check prices while our car was being washed. The sales guy was nice and offered us a deal since the tires we wanted were not in stock. He explained their warranty on tires which we opted to purchase. They repair, fix & rotate for free with the warranty. If you need to replace the tire, you also get a discount using the warranty. As they replaced all 4 of our tires, they inspected the rest of the vehicle & reported to us that we will need to replace the brakes soon. They offer several services, including oil changes for $19.95. We were pleased & will probably be back. read more

I don't mind paying for service but I also dont like being raped by a price... I needed a batterie changed they quoted me $400 . I wanted a second opinion so I went next door and same battery same warranty all the same work was $198 so that would have been an additional $200 that I would have overpaid that's a lot of money read more

I took my car back for them to fix the oil leaking out of my car after the oil change. These rats tried to tell me my oil pan was corroding when the car is only 1 year old! I said "no thanks" and took it to another shop where they fixed it in seconds: it was a loose screw. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!!! AVOID! read more

Took my car to get my oil change and get my tires rotated got a discount from groupon which helped out. Also wanna say thank you to Thomas Whitson who did the work on my car he did a excellent job and also pointed out that my car air filter needed to be changed because it was super dirty so he changed that too. If you ever go here ask for him he's super nice. I would be coming here again read more

These guys (and gals) are great! They are one of the true HONEST service shops. Once I was recommended by another to fix all kinds of stuff. I brought my car in for a second opinion without telling them I had already been somewhere else. They were straight with me and saved me a lot of money. I then told them what had been recommended before and they explained why that wasn't necessary. And were happy to save me money and only take care of what I really needed. Othere times I've dropped by for help and they are always friendly and timely. Truly the best tire and auto shop I've dealt with. read more

Paul, Deborah, Lou, and Antonio! Top notch, honest and overall a great shop. They never try to oversell me on stuff I didn't need and I trust them and will be back in the future! Plus One Performance - Waiting for our tire to be replaced - Tires Near Me - Highland, California

Honest, affordable, accurate diagnosis, fast repair, and friendly service. No pressure sales. Just honest diagnosis and solid repairs. Maybe the best complement I can give, although it may sound distasteful, is that this is the place to which I would refer a single woman to get her car repaired. I came here with two cars on a Sunday afternoon (last minute repairs needed). Not only was Plus 1 Performance open on Sunday (yes!), but they diagnosed and fixed a perplexing brake problem in the most affordable way to complete the fix. My car was ready for 10 trips to orange county the next week with no problems. Its good to have a good mechanic. read more

I went in to get my flat tire patched. They said that the tire couldn't be fixed and that I would need a new one. They didn't even let me see the tire. I changed the tire and put on my spare. The tire didn't look like it was demolished it was flat . They told me it would be 169 dollars for one tire. I feel like In that moment they took advantage of me because I was young and dumb and in a rush to get back to work. Sadly I agreed and paid for it. If you do come here ask for a lower price or else they will take advantage of you and your money. read more

Got a flat tire on the mountain and had to get towed. They took me right away and replaced the tire quickly. Thank you!

These guys are great here. Very friendly. I was having lunch down the street and when walked out to my car to leave I noticed my front right tire was almost completely flat. I was able to drive it to Plus 1 and asked them if they could take a look. I had a small nail that punctured the tire. They got it patched up for me in no time which was great because I was on my lunch break and had to hurry back to work. Will be coming back here when I need my brakes changed or new tires. read more

My old tire shop closed down and I went to other tire shops until I found one I could trust. My dad owned an automotive repair shop for 15 years so I know how important it is to find a shop with integrity and honesty. It is VERY EASY to take advantage of young women and charge them more than they need to spend so I am very careful about where I take my car. Performance One on Highland Ave is my new tire shop. They do a great job, only sell you what you need and go the extra mile to take care of their clients. read more

Went there to get an oil change for my 2003 Honda Accord, only 84,000 miles on it. The gentleman informed me (before I gave him the mileage) that the car needed a high mileage oil change and I should use synthetic oil. The cost $75. OR I could get a conventional oil change for $45, but the oil light would come on because it wasn't the proper oil. My father who has worked in the automobile industry for most of his life and is ASE certified said this wasn't true. My father said the only reason why the light would come on is because they didn't put enough oil in the car. I ended up taking the car to Walmart. Got a conventional oil change with Castrol oil and paid $35. No issues. Clearly Plus One Performance thought I was an idiot and tried to way over charge me. I will never return. read more

So we were on our way to Big Bear when we got a flat tire, and we brought the car to the closest place to get it patched, and it was this place! The front desk man says that it's $32.05 if they have to patch it, and $20 if nothing is wrong just for the inspection. We wait around for about 45 minutes when the front desk guy comes back and says they found the leak and patched it, so he charged us $32.05 and we left to go up the mountain. Not even 3 minutes after we left, the tire was flat again. We brought it back to this place, and as we pulled up, the man who worked on our car asked what was wrong, and told us that he didn't find anything to patch! So!! The front desk guy flat out lied to us saying that they patched our tire so that he could charge us an extra $32. We literally were going to drive up the mountain and he knew that, and he let us leave knowing they didn't fix anything. Finally they found a large crack in the tire. On top of all this, they tried to overcharge us on some very average tires. Overall, very bad experience! read more

I don't often leave reviews for companies but when I do it's for a good reason. I recently had my front tire replaced at American Tire Depot. My TPS light came on so I stopped in and the employee told me my front tire was leaking. There was a bulge on the sidewall so I thought nothing of being presented with the option to purchase a new tire. The tire was installed in the parking lot, as they were very busy that afternoon. I paid, got my keys and got into my car. I immediately noticed the TPS light was still on, I went back inside and told the kid who helped me. He came outside with a "diagnostic tool" and ran it across the tires and said "mam unfortunately all of your Tire Pressure sensors are bad" I asked how long and what the cost was to replace them, he rattled off "somewhere in the neighborhood after installation around $400". I told him I could not afford them right now but I would come back later in the week after payday and have them swapped out, I asked this employee if my vehicle was safe to drive, he said "yeah don't even sweat it" Fast forward to four days later, 8pm and I'm driving on the 91 freeway. My rear tire blows out and I almost loose control of my vehicle. I safely make it to the median, but I have no spare (the manufacture does not provide one for this model) I am stranded on the side of the freeway until AAA shows up. I google the nearest tire shop to my home, I find Plus One Performance on Highland Avenue. It is literally in my backyard. It's late and they are closed so I figure I can take my car there first thing in the morning. I am towed home, and left with the sickening feeling that had all my tires just been checked at American Tire Depot, this might have never happened. I call Plus One early the next morning, I am greeted by the friendliest woman who doesn't transfer my call or put me on hold, I give her the tire size (low profile tire, not a normally stocked size) and she informs me that she has them in stock. Mounted balanced in and out $100. I explain to her I have to have the vehicle towed in and she says "absolutely no problem, have them drop it right in front and we will get you taken care of" When I get there, I am greeted almost immediately, a gentleman takes my keys and they go to work. Every single bay is full, mechanics and installers buzzing about and customers waiting for their cars to be finished. I am told they want to make sure the rim is in good condition as the tire had significant damage. I notice the attention to detail, the checking of air pressure on all the other tires and the quick looks to see if my brake linings are in good condition. The service was professional, the shop was clean, and the attitudes were friendly. This is what consumers expect when they are getting service on their vehicles. Paul and the folks at Plus One literally won a lifelong customer that day. Knowledgeable, Friendly and full of Integrity. I left that day, with amazing service, my vehicle drivable, my TPS light off, money in my wallet and the security of knowing all of my other tires were in good condition. The icing on the cake for me was when the owner personally reached out via text to ask me how my service was, and how the car was driving...?!! These guys ARE the Tire Buisness, 100% the real deal! Thanks Plus One!!! read more

Update: purchased a tire pressure sensor gage off internet for $50 and had American Tire install and reprogram for $20.

Way over priced, untrustworthy, office worker was agressive and rude. Plan on spending a extra $62 for them to tell you whats wrong (even though you already knew) they dont put it towards repairs, its a extra charge. I came in because one of my wiper arms was not working. My right wiper arm was swiping fine. They took off both arms and said they were broken, i said no only one didnt work. They wanted to charge me $200 to replace one wiper arm (not motor, just arm). I drove down the street and realized my working blade is no longer working, i turned around, went back to the shop and the office worker became extremely combative, he was saying we told you it was broken, i said it was not broken until you took it off. The machanic who i dont have a issue with, tightened a screw and my wiper magically started working. The manager/owner was standing by and letting his male worker talk and act aggressively towards a 45 year old woman. I will never go back there again. I would like to see him talk to me like that with my husband around. I feel they tried to take advatage of me because i'm a woman and they thought i was a idiot.
