Chance was prompt with his responses and sent me a quote and review after submitting a few photos his way. I was able to compare pricing and understand my options within minutes and he was even able to give me some insight on why upgrading from a 1/3 HP to a 1/2 HP disposal would make sense for my situation. His quote was not the cheapest but I was willing to spend a little extra to know I was supporting a local business and because he was able to point out where other companies were using generic models or replacements that may not be as durable. Overall I can understand why he has maintained such a high rating and he was even able to address a concern I had next day which was a testament to his pride in the work.

Right away, he provided an upfront quote and clearly explained every step of the water heater replacement process. He even told me the exact model he would be installing. That level of honesty and transparency immediately set my mind at ease.  When it came time for the installation, Osmani "Ozi" arrived, and he was absolutely brilliant super friendly, polite, and completely professional. He is also deceptively strong! I offered to help him carry the old water heater down and bring the new one up, but he just smiled and said, "It's okay, I got this," before lifting it like it weighed nothing at all. Beyond the heavy lifting, Ozi's craftsmanship was top-tier. His soldering and pipe work were spotless, leaving the setup looking clean and well built. They were able to send Travis, a journeyman plumber, out the same day. From the start, I was impressed by his attention to detail and ability to quickly assess the situation. I hired Pure Plumbing on the spot for the emergency repair and the full water-line replacement that I knew would eventually be necessary. Although the company was booked through the following week, Travis made it clear that he would personally start and finish the job immediately if that was what it took. The project came with several unexpected complications, but Travis remained calm and resourceful, brainstorming practical solutions for every issue that arose. After a tremendous amount of digging, much of it done by Travis himself, he successfully replaced the entire water main line from my garage to the street. Travis truly went above and beyond at every stage, from the initial emergency repair through each challenge that followed. Pure Plumbing also kept me well informed throughout the process and was extremely helpful in coordinating with my insurance claim. I highly recommend Travis and the entire Pure Plumbing team for their professionalism, responsiveness, work ethic, and excellent service. And restoration of landscape (sprinkler system, plant and decorative rock replacement) is amazing as well, sorry I don't have a photo of it at this moment.

Would absolutely never recommend this company…read more I hired this company in April of last year for an AC tune-up to get the system ready for the summer, especially with my in-laws coming to visit. Keep in mind, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the AC prior to this visit. The technician arrived and promptly started taking things apart only to tell me that the fan motor and dual-run capacitor were failing. Other than that, he essentially just hosed down the bottom of the AC unit, which honestly is something I could have done myself, and then put together an estimate for repairs that ended up costing over $2,700 before leaving. I was under the impression that an AC tune-up included basic cleaning and maintenance, including checking or cleaning the air filters and making sure the system was operating properly. Instead, the entire visit felt like it was focused on finding repairs to sell me rather than actually performing a tune-up. I ultimately declined the $2,700+ repair, and guess what? The AC is still working perfectly fine today. Based on my experience, it was very apparent that the technician was primarily focused on selling me a repair rather than providing the tune-up service I had requested. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company.
