Name discrepancy - the license belongs to Darwin Fernandez, but Kevin Garcia was the contact person. . There was no confirmation that a licensed contractor would supervise the work. 5. Pressure/harassment - repeated attempts to coerce payment show poor professionalism. 6. Sloppy paperwork - I was presented with a permit for a gas water heater, which I did not have.
