For two long years I have called, email about brakes tripping and shooting the pool off. Last year after many calls they sent a technician that couldn't fix the problem. By the end of the season all my backyard power was gone. After so many undesirable encounters with the owner Mario. I decided to give it a rest. This year I called them to come and fix the problem again. The called 2 times as of now in the last 3 weeks. Emailed Mario about 4 times. And he has no responded. I spent 9ver $100,000 in the pool not ven two year ago. Please all the electric with presition tech did. I spent over $130,000 in a pool that has no light and back year that is totally in the dark. I feel as a single woman I was taken advantage by this company. And they will not respond to my calls because they just don't care how hard I work to make the money to pay for a dream backyard that never happened. It has very stressful, because if I called someone else to fix I them if in the future I have a any problems they will came and said they did everything right. This is what I have being telling me all along. But as of now $12,000 light inside the pool out. $7000 lighting outside the pool gone. All power GFIs outlets in the back yard gone. As of now I really don't know what to do any longer. I thought I hired a serious business, but I have being left with no words. From being treated As a lesser person. Shut at by Mario owner him self. Frank Alvarez & Sons came to my house to inspect my kitchen and look at the job before giving me a…read morequote to install a new sink. Despite doing this pre-job site visit, the technicians arrived, disconnected my old Kohler sink, threw it on the curb, and ONLY THEN realized the new off-the-shelf name-brand sink didn't fit. They completely failed to measure during their initial inspection. To make matters worse, they charged me $300 just to reinstall my old sink due to their own mistake, and then aggressively tried to pressure me into signing a "completed work" form for a botched job, which I refused to sign. I paid my full invoice ($700 total--$400 for valves that were actually installed, and the $300 sink fee) under protest just to get them out of my house.Management refused to refund the $300 labor charge caused entirely by their own team's failure to verify dimensions. Beware of their pre-quotes; they do not actually measure, and you will be financially penalized for their errors. Update: Frank Alvarez has since issued a full refund for the money owed. I appreciate that he took care of this and resolved the issue. The matter is now closed
