The always kind and very helpful Maria was able to dispatch Technician John. John was thorough, professional and took the time to explain what was happening. If you are dealing with a tough drainage or sewer line issue, I would highly recomment Buri Buri Plumbing.

I asked whether they do good work and the person told me that they have a fair price and do good job. I got burned (pun unintended) by another water heater company Bay Area Water Heaters so I'm fairly wary of water heater companies. Turned out I can fully recommend this company. Rich called me and is very honest in his assessment and gave a fair price. I ended paying more because Paul had to also fix a problem made by Bay Area Water Heater and during the process I found out how bad the work was. Overall I'm please with the work. Note that the price is not inexpensive but is fair so if you are looking for the cheapest plumber this is not it. But if it's your own house and you care about the work and is willing to pay fair price (not expensive just fair) then I can totally recommend this place.

He is such a kind & pleasant gentleman. He answered my call, listened to my plumbing problem & gave me advices over the phone while he was super busy on the job. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness, bending backwards to help others. Marie, office manager is also super nice & efficient. She communicated with me b4 & after the job is done. I submitted photos and a project description to 17 plumbing companies on Yelp, requesting their price and timeframe for this work. Early that same day Firas (also known as Frank) of F&A Plumbing submitted back a competitive firm price and ability to schedule the work to be completed right away. The work was completed by Firas and his helper as scheduled, for the price quoted, with very good quality, even much quicker than originally expected. Thank you, Firas!

However, since then I've tried (through multiple avenues - text, call, voicemail) weekly for the last month to finalize the quote and have him come over. He answered his phone twice and promised to call me back with an update.... but didn't follow up. I've left voicemails asking for a callback/update and nothing. I can understand if there hasn't been any updates due to late parts or something, but it is unprofessional to not even respond to inquiries and provide SOME kind of information, even if it's "we're still waiting on parts". I would not recommend this company because of very poor follow-through and unprofessional communication.

He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly. However, after snaking from the rooftop as well as through the overflow opening of the clogged tub, he determined that the issue requires hydro jetting which he was not able to provide today due to machine down waiting for a replacement part. Ifran actually recommended another plumber to get this work done today. What BLEW us away was his refusal to charge for the snaking work already performed because the problem was not resolved. This kind of honesty, customer satisfaction, and pride of trade is simply RARE. Ifran, the way you treat customers will bring more blessings, repeat & new customers than you can imagine! Thank you!

I went through the motions with my plunger but to no avail and even bought toilet declogging crystals which appeared only to add to the problem. That's when I put out my plea for help on Yelp Projects. Refusing to give me even a ballpark for what seemed like a common problem, the other companies insisted on an in-person meeting just to make an estimate. Cue for perturbed side eye. That's when I decided to call Danny who appears to operate on his own. He not only gave me a ballpark but came over within a couple of hours. Diagnosing the problem quickly, he used his six-foot drain auger dexterously, and solved the problem. As a bonus, he was then able to show me how to fix the push-button on my upstairs dual-flush toilet. Easy peasy. I'd hire Danny again in a heartbeat. I was wary of it because usually it means they would be overpriced but I was actually really happy that it wasn't. The price was more than reasonable and they worked with my and the HOA schedule to make it work. They did a great job and I'm really happy that they did. More recently I wanted to do another work on my own place and thought of them. Denis the owner called me and let me know that they would need some time to figure out whether the part would fit and once again were honest and said it's probably 2 hours work so he charged per hour which is reasonable. Overall I'd totally consider using them for my plumbing or water heater jobs. One suggestion is that Denis gets busy so probably a better time management with more timely reply would be best but it's understandable and commendable that he's doing good work himself.
