They charged me $150 for 20 minutes of work. None of my neighbors use water softeners and they've never had any problems, because, as it turns out, the water here is fine. And on top of everything, the guy broke the handle on the hot water going to my washer, and tried to convince me that it was not a problem because "you won't need it unless you move". What?????????? After he left, I called them and threatened to got to the BBB unless they replaced the handle they broke. They sent a different guy, who was a little too mellow for my taste. He replaced the broken handle with something that looks terrible. I'm done with them for good, and I suggest you stay away.
