Paul Guitierrez was very professional. He showed up on time for the estimate. He gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to install the automatic water shut-off valve required by our home insurance. On the day of the service, Paul again showed up on the earlier side of the 2-hour time frame, and proceeded to do the work, quickly but with care, and cleaning up as he worked. The pilot light on our 100-gal Rheem-Ruud water heater went out yesterday and we weren't able to relight it. I was referred to Whistle Plumbing by Excalibur Water Heaters. Owner was very responsive and was able to schedule me in the next day.
