Sam arrived and got right to work. He did our annual maintenance and fixed our problem. Before leaving, he made sure that the water heater was connected and working properly on the controller app. It was a bit tricky and Sam had to return to the attic several times, but was patient in helping me with reconnecting the unit to our WiFi. As he was about to head to my house, he called me and we talked about the issue I was having. I told him the fault code and sent him a picture via text. He immediately knew what parts were going to be needed to fix the issue. He swung by the office to make sure he had the right parts before arriving at my house.
