Both plumbers we called came to the same conclusion: the repair was simply an elbow replacement under the house. Neither of them could understand why opening up the bathroom wall would be necessary. We ended up hiring one of those companies, and they had everything repaired in about an hour. The final bill came to just over $750, and the repair was completed without cutting into any walls or creating unnecessary damage. I'm glad we trusted our instincts and got other opinions. It saved us a significant amount of money and avoided a much bigger job than what was actually needed.

The pricing for Roto-Rooter's services leans a bit on the higher end for plumbers in the Fort Wayne area, however Roto-Rooter is the only company offering a warranty for their services; we are happy to pay a little more to have that peace of mind!
