The BEST!…read more After having had another heating service provider become unresponsive in emergency situation when (a) the hydronic boiler/furnace failed to light up, (b) there was a wiring failure (crispy) at the leads into the furnace thermostat with an electrical burning smell when the switch is turned on and (c) its 13F outside (which means pipes freeze especially when it's for a prolonged period.) The other heating company after 1 day of waiting for a response said they could not come out to do repair for a week! Image no heat for 7 days at temperatures as low as 13F. We found Boiler King on Yelp and thank heavens we did! Carol at Boiler King was a pleasure to talk with and she sent a technician out in less than 1 hour and the problem was solved and failed parts and wiring replaced in an hour. Heat restored in less than 2 hours from the call- now that's service -thank you . Their technician was professional, personable and a pleasure to work with and they cost 1/2 of what the other heating service company had charged in the past.
