The ramen noodles are fresh and cooked perfectly, the broth was flavorful and not too salty, the pork was perfectly cooked without too much fat. The agedashi was a perfect starter for a single diner. You get 3 cubes of fried tofu. The tofu is lightly fried so expect the inside to be juicy and soft. Staff were super friendly and communicated well. It was pretty busy when I got there around 6PM but the staff stayed attentive and courteous. This will be my go to dinner spot from now on. I'm going to tell all my coworkers about it!
