My friends decided to take me out here for dinner because of the rough week I'd had. They only had good things to say about it beforehand. Despite it being busy, there was no wait for our party of 5 on a Friday night. Our server was great, nice and attentive. But, the wings smackedddd. They were so crispy but flavorful! I had two shots of don, a pineapple marg on the rocks, and the 15 piece wings combo (garlic parm, buffalo mild, and spicy bbq flavors) to share with my little one that was plenty for us. If you want crispy wings, you have to say EXTRA crispy. Otherwise, you get soggy chicken. I try not to complain but maybe they could cook them longer. Drink are good. Bartenders are nice. Servers are nice (sometimes they'll tell the drama if you're hanging around long enough). read more

My fiancé and I came in yesterday for dinner. The drinks and mozz sticks were really good. The burgers weren't cooked medium, more of almost well done, and the patties have little to no seasoning/flavor on the burgers. There were also no grilled onions on there as stated, and hardly any pluckers sauce. The worst part was the guy who brought us our food, he smelled like he literally just got done smoking a cigarette and DID NOT wash his hands because after he put my food down with his right hand, I smelled pure cigarette on my plate of food. The standards for food service are horrible!! My son ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, it was literally two slices of cheese on bread. The bread wasn't toasted the cheese wasn't melted. The kid tried to eat it because he was hungry but he just couldn't do it. Yes, they took it off our bill but he was without a meal. So sad this place has gone down hill. First time dinning at a pluckers, server was great and always kept checking up on us. Food came out fairly fast, hot and fresh. Wasn't a fan of The Gochujang sauce but that's on me for picking that. I've been to this location quite a bit and food and customer service is pretty inconsistent. Usually, it's just an okay experience, nothing compared to other locations I've been to. The dine-in experience is much better than ordering on the app. We noticed a huge difference in how the food was made. I'm worries the to go condiments like bleu cheese weren't stored correctly as my fiancé was a bit sick after eating take out from here. When I've ordered online, or even called an order in, I always ask for a receipt so I can get my Pluckers points in the app. Sometimes I get the correct receipt with bar code to scan, other times, I don't get it at all, and other times I have to ask for that receipt or else I lose out on the points. The last time I came in, employees told me there was no receipt for points, but after waiting for my points to update, they never came. read more

Ambiance: The ambiance is amazing. It's a chill spot to go and there's a patio out door seating which is where I sat Service: The service was mediocre. The waiter was nice but forgot to serve our appetizer. So it came out after our food arrive. The waiter said they asked someone else to grab the appetizer but they must have forgot to. Food: I ordered the honey bbq burger cooked medium well and added bacon with waffle fries. The burger was delicious. But unfortunately the waffle fries came out and was cold. I really hate to be the one to complain so I didn't even care to ask for them to be remade I was super hungry. Also I didn't care too much for the chips and cheese dip as the dip wasn't hot as well. But when we asked the waitress about the free appetizer and bd dinner she told that was ONLY for gold members and we had to pay $10 to get that. But upon checking I see we SHOULD HAVE gotten our appetizer free and probably a birthday meal too. Don't get the app! You won't get anything listed unless you PAY! I've been coming to Pluckers for years the last couple months. The food has been terrible. I sent it back twice already since I've been back and I keep going back because Pluckers is my sanctuary. I order the monster basket and I always get just a jumbo. it's like the waitress wasn't paying attention. She came up and asked. What do y'all want to eat the next how we were doing or anything I don't know if it's under new management or the new management doesn't care but his waitress staff is terrible. Also, the chicken taste like it's warmed up in the microwave. It's so rubbery hard to bite. I always get the boneless wings what's up with that? My wife got the Bone And and they were burnt in the wrong flavor. I had my order replaced twice already. I don't really know what else to do cause I just really love Pluckers so I decided to leave a review finally please if you are the owner or over this Pluckers in Killeen, Texas you gotta step your game up here cause your food is going downhill and the booth are really dirty It look like it's time for a upgrade. Y'all make a lot of money just me My Son and my wife was $90 and the appetizer came out after our food and it was the wrong appetizer.
