I had already completed their credit application and was literally in an Uber on my way to finalize the purchase when I received a call letting me know the car had been sold out from under me. While I appreciate Robert's hard work, this experience highlights a severe lack of internal communication and basic professionalism across management and the sales team. Selling a vehicle to someone else while an active customer has an agreed upon deal, a completed credit app, and is actively en route is completely unacceptable. It shows a total disregard for the customer's time and money. If you shop here, Robert is great to work with personally, but proceed with caution because management clearly doesn't honor ongoing transactions or coordinate internally to respect buyers.

The vehicle had three faulty TPMS sensors, a nail in the rear tire near the sidewall, dirty engine air and cabin air filters that had not been replaced, and it was overdue for a basic oil change. Additionally, the spare key provided with the vehicle did not work. On 7/11/26, the day after my purchase, I contacted Farooqi to report these issues. He assured me he would call me back, but I never received a response. I followed up on 7/18/26 and spoke with Mo, who stated that he would discuss the matter with Ricky, the owner, and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him either. I was also promised an oil change by Sonny, who said he would send the details via email. Despite that commitment, I never received the promised information or service. Overall, my experience was extremely negative. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars out of pocket to address issues that should have been identified and resolved before the vehicle was sold. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership is to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before finalizing the sale. Based on my experience, once the transaction is complete, customer support and follow-up assistance may be very limited.

We just need you to get in here and we will have you driving off in a car". He guaranteed me that as long as I got there, he would have me drive off in a vehicle. Well here I am, spending $55 dollars to get home after spending $50 to get there. And no car. They wanted $2500 down. And most of the cars they had were worn down and some had bullet holes in them. I am so devastated and I do not even know how I am going to afford to get to work and back for the next 2 weeks. This was the cruelest thing I have ever went through. To have someone use my weaknesses and struggles against me to get me into a store and then not even help me. DO NOT GO HERE! They will tell you they can help you and that you are approved and then turn you away if you don't have thousands of dollars to put down. Even after telling you that you won't need a down payment.
