I came in on a Wednesday night to get a couple things done. Staff was very respectful and super quick! Think this might have been the fastest experience I've ever had in a currency exchange haha. Fast & excellent service. Also for the people crying about the incorrect hours, consider checking the maps navigation. horrible experience-- the girls here are slow, lack customer service & COMMON SENSE. Apparently they can't count either. grabbed changed for my business on a sunday and somehow the girl miscounted $100. shorted me $100 & i called in & they said they'd count their drawer and call me back. never called back, i pulled up and it was empty AF & she wanna say she forgot. choose your employees wisely, playing around with people's money talking about "i forgot" is bad business, not only that but she's lucky she ain't meet the right one. i would've made her cry. goofy little girl didn't wanna give me my money til i told her check the cameras and then she found my missing money read more

I have to say that this is the spot. Although in my neighborhood and parking can be a little bit tricky since they do share the spot with Mercy Medical, you will be lucky to find a parking spot. But be warned, you can only park in allocated spots, and they do watch you on this so don't think that you are getting away with parking for a few minutes or they might just slap a sticker on your car. I forgot my city sticker form at home but I took a photo of my license plate and gave it to them verbally and visually, and the young lady was very accommodating to look up my plates and I was able to get my sticker with absolutely no hassle. The funny thing was that they do charge an extra $5 for the sticker but she told me that if I go on Archer (city of Chicago location) that I wouldn't have to pay anything for next time. Of course that is losing out for them but I still appreciated the fact that she gave me that option and that she was withholding that information. I do like this location not only because it is near my home but because it is 24 hours a day and I can just swing by and not worry if its getting too late. The staff here is awesome and I have never had an issue whatsoever so that is a plus when it comes to me being able to come back. All in all if you want a no hassle and not expensive experience, this is the spot. Definitely a place to check out since it is not crowded for the most part, the staff is awesome and the prices are not up there such as some of the other currency exchanges in the area. I had been going to this location for a very long time I've lived in the area for 27 years and every time I stopped in there for service the girls & ladies are fabulous today after a long long time I detoured from my regular spot and stopped in ,had to get a few things some money orders, pay a bill , etc I don't know if they changed owners or what and if they are ok in the way they speak to there customers but there is a person ( male ) cannot say a gentleman because he was far from being one, I said good morning let him know why I was there he proceeded to inform me that I had to pay a late fee and I was ohh ok and asked him if the late fee applies even though I just got my plates in the mail he very arrogantly said " the city doesn't care when you get them ' and pounded his hands on the counter i was going to thank him for making me aware of why I was paying a late fee but when he got so arrogant and stupid.I paid ,not once did he ask me if I needed anything else so I'm like now I need this gives me total and I need this I'm looking at him like I'm not done wtf is wrong with this person ? If you get to read this check your self sir you deal with people that's your job if you don't have a good attitude I suggest you find somewhere else to work you sir are far from having good customer service your negativity is not appreciated if you are a bitter person you need to find yourself god don't like ugly read more

5 stars! I've been coming here for years and years! One time I needed to look up something for my car,I forgot exactly what,it was years ago... I think I needed the VIN on an old car that I no longer owned or some shit like that,and I had called up there on some drunk shit because I bought the registeration there....I didn't think they could help,but I was drunk and I don't know if the lady tried or not but atleast she told me,I'll look into it and try to help you and returned my call a couple of hours later and let me know that she tried but was unable to retrieve the information I requested... I don't know if she looked or not,lol.but that was cool of her to call me back. But I've been cashing my checks here and buying stamps and money orders and shit like that for years and everyone has always been friendly,never had a negetive experience here,they are open 24/7 and I'm mostly a night person and the few times that I came in here at night.....THE GUY GAVE ME CANDY WHEN I CASHED MY CHECK!!!! I'm serious! He was like, here's your money and some candy..... that guy made my night one night I was having a fucked up night and just wanted to cash my check and get drunk and he caught me off guard with random candy like it was halloween but it was like Febuary. :) read more
