We came to the conclusion that the money was submitted late from the exchange. In one case it was almost a month from the time the town got the payment to time I paid at the exchange. That's very poor business.

I have to say that this is the spot. Although in my neighborhood and parking can be a little bit…read moretricky since they do share the spot with Mercy Medical, you will be lucky to find a parking spot. But be warned, you can only park in allocated spots, and they do watch you on this so don't think that you are getting away with parking for a few minutes or they might just slap a sticker on your car. I forgot my city sticker form at home but I took a photo of my license plate and gave it to them verbally and visually, and the young lady was very accommodating to look up my plates and I was able to get my sticker with absolutely no hassle. The funny thing was that they do charge an extra $5 for the sticker but she told me that if I go on Archer (city of Chicago location) that I wouldn't have to pay anything for next time. Of course that is losing out for them but I still appreciated the fact that she gave me that option and that she was withholding that information. I do like this location not only because it is near my home but because it is 24 hours a day and I can just swing by and not worry if its getting too late. The staff here is awesome and I have never had an issue whatsoever so that is a plus when it comes to me being able to come back. All in all if you want a no hassle and not expensive experience, this is the spot. Definitely a place to check out since it is not crowded for the most part, the staff is awesome and the prices are not up there such as some of the other currency exchanges in the area.
