My latest transaction involved a Western Union refund that I had initially sent from a Walgreens. Walgreens could not refund the $ bc it was a high amount. The currency has a contract with WU in which WU told me over the phone-they ARE supposed to honor and pay out the refund. I ended up going to Jewel. The lady there-although she could not remember ever issuing a refund & didn't know how-PATIENTLY and kindly HELPED me and I not only received the refund but re-issued it all at once! I will be contacting the manager of the currency today but have a feeling she will be as rude as her employee since the employee smugly told me "call her, she's here on Monday morning ". I also filed a complaint with WU. Hopefully these establishments will start being held accountable for the employees they hire! You CAN NOT treat people any kind of way.
