During the process, I expressed concern that the driveway would be bit higher than the walkway to my front door and that water would gather. He assured my that it wouldn't. Just over a week after the driveway was poured (asphalt) , we had a major rain storm and water did in fact pool on my front walk way (almost 2 inches). I called Mike back and he agreed with me when I requested that a channel needed to be cut in the driveway so water could flow down and away from the house (after seeing the amount of water I had via video clip I sent him) that was the first week in August,2024. I sent him both emails and texts several times requesting that this channel get cut. He said he would have someone come out and take care of it. So on the 19th of Sept, (they STILL HADN'T come out and complete my job), I had someone come out and cut the channel for me. It cost me $125.00 I have reached out several times to Mike and he chose to ignore my texts and email with regards to getting reimbursed for a task that needed to be completed by him. I have waited over 2 business days to write this review in hopes we would come to a resolve to my circumstance. So its a "NO" from me .....I cannot recommend this company. It was a simple thing to do that took my guy less than an hour to complete and they would not come back, NOR did I feel I was ever a priority for my job to be completed.

This is a long overdue review which I hate to leave but don't know what else to do…read more We had our both our driveway and garage floor completely replaced in May 2021. Not a cheap job by any means. All looked nice at first but within 2 years, parts of both started showing signs of cracking and spalling. My husband called them back out to see what could be done and were told they couldn't do anything except replace the whole thing again? The explanation is the weather in Chicago is the reason. By the third year, the area where the garage floor meets the concrete driveway and parts of the driveway are crumbling. I didn't expect any of this within the first few years.. and I don't see other newer driveways in my neighborhood with this issue. Something was wrong with what they used or how they mixed their product. Now, water seeps into the garage through the cracks at winter time. It's extremely upsetting and each year that goes by, I get more upset. More and more crumbling. I wish they had better options for us or could do something without charging us for a full redo. Please make this right.
