I did therapy at Plexus in Moorpark for a rotator cuff repair. Joanna, Mark, and the team were friendly, professional, and caring. I found it easy to make appointments and to communicate with, and the routines and exercises they designed for me were very helpful. I recommend this business for anyone needing therapy. read more

I attended rehab for nearly 9 months due to vestibular issues which affected my balance and vision. The staff at Plexus were absolutely great with me. They were extremely encouraging and closely monitored me. I had regular evaluations which were forwarded to my Doctor. I felt safe and comfortable and I know the exercises which they designed for me made a huge difference in my ability to deal with this unusual issue. All the staff made me feel right at home, were friendly, encouraging and helpful during my rehab. I made a great deal of progress under their care and am very grateful for their patience and guidance in helping me overcome the balance & vision problems to a degree that I can function much more normally than before. read more

I mostly worked with Tran/Mark at Plexus and it was a great experience. My doctor diagnosed me with cervical radiculopathy due to an incident and I was in serious constant pain. After 3 months of PT 2 days a week I fully recovered. Tran/Mark were able to pinpoint my recovery plan based on the back and forth feedback of my condition. All of the staff are very friendly and professional from the front desk to the aids. The office is very clean and they have lots of different equipment for a abundance of exercises. I would highly recommend Plexus physical therapy for the clean facility, friendly/helpful staff, but more importantly the full recovery. read more

Office and equipment are clean and well kept. Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Highly recommended their Friday Parkinson's class. The activities are great and the class is upbeat and positive. I think the class benefits anyone with dementia related mobility issues as well as provides a great atmosphere for socializing. I also recommend their PT, Chester. He provides quality care during PT sessions. He is also positive and encouraged without being overbearing. read more

Plexus PT is the real deal! I have been to PT on many occasions over the last 30 years for rehab after surgery and to prevent surgery. After my experience at Plexus, I will never go anywhere else even though I drive from Woodland Hills to Moorpark. Tran, Chester and their team are incredible! In my case they took time to understand my pain and worked to rebuild the muscle strength. I received a protocol specific to my injury unlike other PT's that heat, ice and give you some general exercises. I will never go anywhere else for PT. read more

I have been going to Plexus for several months. The place is clean and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. Tran has been my therapist and she has been great. I highly recommend Plexus. read more

Tran Thai and the whole team at Plexus Physical Therapy are amazing! Everyone is so nice, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and very patient. I started PT for my neck and shoulder issues about 3 1/2 months ago. I worked with physical therapists Tran and Mark, and I can't thank them enough for helping me. Tran evaluated my condition weekly and adjusted my exercises according to my level of pain. I felt the improvement on my neck and shoulder in a short time and my headaches also started to diminish. I ran LA Marathon with zero neck and shoulder pain and I graduated from PT a few weeks after that. I definitely recommend this wonderful team of physical therapists and aides! Big shout out to the aides for keeping me in check (especially during the exercises I hated most). THANK YOU Plexus!!! read more

Love this office and the friendly staff! I was having lower back & knee pain as well as a hip misalignment and the team here helped me by giving me amazing stretches, exercises and advice! They have a wide variety of treatments which I loved! I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Tran & Vincent have been so helpful I am sad my PT has come to an end! read more

I have no doubt that Chester and his team are the most talented, effective, and caring physical therapy office in California. I had an injury which was supposed to take over 18 months to fully recover from... Chester had me even stronger than I was before the accident in just 6 months. What more can I say? recommended Chester to literally every person I know and care about. Now I attend his Tai Chi class every Tuesday and Thursday where I have learned even more from him than I thought possible. If you're reading reviews deciding on whether or not you should call, this is your sign. Call. It's hard to explain, but you would be lucky to know Chester. I guarantee he can help. read more

I love Chester and Tran and the entire staff. Chester is a highly intuitive and well trained healing practitioner who I trust entirely to make the right choices for my health and healing, with my input of course. I have seen teens and seniors in here with all kinds of issues and it is clear they do a great job and have a wholistic perspective on physical care. read more

I highly recommend Plexus Physical Therapy! They are very professional, the facilities are very clean. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. All the physical therapists and assistants are highly trained, very knowledgeable and know what they're doing. The results I got were amazing to me. I thought I would never get better after my fall. I had a broken clavicle (fixed surgically), a torn rotator cuff, a torn AC joint, and a torn labrum. I went twice a week religiously. I'm happy to say that I am almost 100% back to my pre-accident strength and range of motion, with very little pain. It was a journey I never could have handled on my own without them. Thank you Plexus Physical Therapy! read more

I suffer from spinal stenosis and for several months have been told my bills are not being paid do to a third party. My reports and therapy was only for my mid back. And I found out approximately two weeks by my insurance ago my bills are not being paid due to the prescription not having a duration of time needed for PT. My Dr never received their evaluation and spoke to Megan last week and I wanted to speak to someone other then Megan and received a email from her stating I can only email. I'm in pain and being refused service when I actually have full coverage. I hope they can submit my prescription that has been corrected after several months and schedule me with my physical therapist , she is amazing .her name is Joanna. read more

Chester Lin and the Team at Plexus Physical Therapy provide exceptional services. The location is super clean, warm and inviting. After suffering a calf injury playing tennis, Chester was able to accommodate me the same morning to conduct a free and comprehensive consultation. Chester was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable while he explained my injury and suggestions on how to proceed with treatment options. I appreciated the mix of Eastern and Western cultural aspects to healing too. I would highly recommend Plexus Physical Therapy. read more

Working with Dr. Katz (Jaime) at Plexus Physical Therapy brought me PT exercises that were healing and creative bringing to my home (via Telehealth) Jaime's enthusiasm, knowledge and energy. Ahead of the first session, I questioned how well PT could work via that tine little camera/microphone on my laptop. I found it worked so very well due to Jaime's attention to every move she taught me. I was more than pleased and found sessions with her to be over-the-top successful. Even when I had a new quest for solutions, Jaime immediately had new solutions that made an improvement. I was impressed every session... no matter the focus for that day. Besides she teaches/creates in a way that is never boring. Well done, Dr. Katz and my giant thank you. Also at Plexus I send thanks to Dr. Chester Lin, and staff members Danella, Meagan, Christian et al. Everyone was excellent. read more

If you have ever had vertigo. Well this is the place to go. There are not very many physical therapists around that can help you with this. And definitely don't try to fix it yourself. It can make it worse. And I know. Two treatments and I was able to return to normal. Thank you. read more

I came to see Katrina Camus for my back, which had been messed up since my days as a college athlete, and she was a total ROCK STAR! She was incredibly patient, efficient and a whole lot of fun to work with. She also sent me home after each session with exercises and stretches to do before seeing her next, which have been a great help. I'd highly recommend her for any and all of your physical therapy needs. Thanks, Katrina! read more

I was suffering from TMJ with lots of jaw pain n doing all the wrong exercises from YouTube that made my condition worse. Tran was very helpful in diagnosing the issue. She told me right away what to do and not to do! So glad I found this place, even though far it was well worth it read more

I have been to Plexus PT for two of my injuries and each time they have helped me return to my usual self and back to practicing Yoga. Tran is very knowledgable, caring and considerate. She knew exactly how to treat each injury with consideration of my unique arthritic condition. When my husband got injured and required PT, I knew exactly where to go. The doctor read their report and stated that they were top notch P.T.'s! He was really impressed with their treatment plan for my husband. He wished they were closer to him; he is in Valencia. Doctor thought surgery may be needed but thanks to Chester my husband healed just fine; no surgery needed. In closing we really like Chester and Tran and their staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable! read more

Chester is one of the most profound and powerful physical therapists and spiritual healers I have ever met. He has made a huge impact in my life and for others I know as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends for physical therapy - healing of any kind - tai chi, martial arts, Qigong, and more. He is immensely, kind, talented, and patient. I would give him 6/5 stars if that was an option and definitely recommend his practice!~ read more

I went to Plexus PT for about 3 months and can say with confidence that the therapists and aides there are some of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly people I've ever met. "Katrina Camus" is my Therapist and "Christiane" is my aid, they made me feel comfortable and encourage me when I'm feeling down and always go out of their way to make my day a little bit better. Katrina Camus is very awesome, warm, friendly and attentive. She did a great job of getting me back into shape, I went there after my Knee surgery. She knows what she is doing and how to get me back into shape with my personal goals. She emailed me with the summary of every session with details on what focused during the session and what I need to work on my own at home with details and images of the exercises, which really helped me a lot for fast recovery. Overall, 10/10 experience at Plexus PT. These guys treat you like family! read more

I injured my back, and Kat helped me get back to normal pretty rapidly. She listens attentively, creates a customized program for each individual patient. Stretching, strengthening, and traction were key components of my recovery program. Kat and Christian are both very personable and helpful. read more

This place is great. My husband had been here for therapy and really liked their approach. Hands on and extremely good. I have only been three times and already seeing a big improvement. I had been to a Pt place in Simi and it was super busy and i had very little attention from Therapist. Did my own exercises and could have done those at home. I will never go anywhere else. read more

Chester and his team are wonderful! They worked on rehabbing me through some chronic knee pain. The facility and staff are well equipped to handle patients during the current COVID-19 pandemic. I personally witnessed all of the equipment and tables being cleaned between patients. All of the staff washes their hands frequently and wear masks as well. They even have masks for you if you don't have one. Lastly they offer telehealth PT if you really don't feel comfortable coming in. Highly recommend this welcoming and friendly establishment. read more

I had the best experience at Plexus! I found them online, and the reviews were not wrong. Everyone who works here is amazing, from front office staff to assistants and therapists. I always felt welcomed and appreciated, and left very satisfied with my care. Kat is the best Physical Therapist I've ever been to, and Cristian and Oo are great people to train with. Kat spent a lot of time trying to help me with creative and interesting ways to train, exercise, and get better! From boxing, Tai Chi, and crazy fun circuit training, she always worked hard to make me feel better. And I really enjoyed myself in the process! I miss seeing them every week. This place really changed my life. A few months ago, I got hit by a car while riding a bike and suffered a back injury. There were certain activities I couldn't do in my day-to-day life and my hips were misaligned. Because I'm a naturally active person, this was hard for me to accept both physically and mentally. After reaching out to several PT practices, Plexus was the first to make room in their busy schedule for me. I went to them for about a month and a half, and my specific PT, Chester, not only helped me strengthen my back, but also gave me hope about the situation. He was incredibly attentive, informative, genuine, and helpful. I truly would recommend this place to anyone who needs PT appointments. Thank you for taking care of me Plexus :) read more

Plexus and Dr Cat truly changed my life around. I was involved in a car crash that left me needing a neck fusion. After seeing what seemed like a million doctors for opinions and help I got really lucky and was referred to Plexus. Dr Cat has an amazing approach to patient care. She has amazing bedside manner and is extremely intelligent. She knows and performs above and beyond what most PT's do. I highly recommend you check out Plexus for any reason you would need PT. They have a very clean and inviting main room and they approach the body in a holistic way with both the mind and body. They even throw in some awesome eastern Chinese medicine which is so useful and works!! I've been telling everyone about this place and I recommend it over any place in conejo valley! read more

I have a very specific vestibular condition which very few providers are familiar with. Plexus showed up in suggestions on Yelp when I was reveiweing another provider. I took a look at the bios and decided it was worth the drive for me to come see Tran and she did not disappoint! I had to pay cash but I expected that as the specialists I am looking for are not in my HMO network. Cash prices are fair and comparable to other clinics. Tran did testing I was expecting but never got from another clinic and knew exactly which few exercises I needed to get me back to functioning. After 1 month of doing the exercises on my own I am finally able to return to work. Thank you Tran for your knowledge, compassion and even referring me to another provider who specializes in vestibular conditions that is much closer to my home. Keeping patients finances in mind is always appreciated. read more

I started PT at Plexus after a back injury from moving and lifting things too heavy for me, but it became clear that I had a more chronic issue from years of desk work. My therapist at Plexus was very knowledgable and extremely good at explaining to me what she was doing, why I was given certain exercises, and how they would help. Who knew my back pain was so effected by having weak glutes? But it was so true! By the end of 3 months I was pain free and a lot stronger. Kudos and thank you to the Plexus team! read more

I love plexus physical therapy. My therapist Tran, is the best I have ever worked with. I have had two back surgeries and have been in and out of physical therapy for twenty years. She has given me exercises that have strengthened my back and allowed me to get back to working out and traveling. When I first arrived about three months ago I could barely walk down the street. Her assistant Shirley was wonderful also. They actually made physical therapy fun! I will miss them both. Thanks so much Ladies! read more

Excellent Physical Therapy resource in Moorpark. I came to Plexus physical therapy because I was having pain behind my right knee to the point where I would use anything around me to avoid pain when sitting up from a squat position. When running, I felt instability and discomfort and I thought I had injured my knee for sure... Luckily I was smart enough to visit Plexus and after a short session, they were able to pinpoint the cause of my pain to an inflamed tendon and tight hamstring. With the movements and stretching Chester recommended, my tendon pain subsided within 7 days and the stability in my knee while running is slowly back to normal. Can't thank them enough. read more
